The way he was treating them got my attention. It was so friendly and his attitude was very professional. He was answering phone calls and switching from English to Spanish in a heart bit. He was fast and efficient, attending accordingly to how the costumers were arriving. When it was my turn, I was so glad he was bilingual since my husband only speaks Spanish, he answered all our doubts and help us pick the best paint for our budget. He gave me his card and told me that if I had any other question don't hesitate to call him. I would definitely go back to Kelly Moore in the future and recommend it to my friends and family. Mediocre performance by Jacob from Exum's Paint on 02March2023. He is an Exums employee and, as…read moreside business, he applies the epoxy sold at the store. I hired him for $1200 (materials= appx $250) to apply an epoxy floor covering with no chips/flakes (550sqft residential garage). I wanted a smooth, clean look as found in airplane hangars, but with a little "sharkskin" anti-skid in it. I received a finish with the following flaws: - [ ] Uneven density of anti-skid material- none in some spots, too much in others; - [ ] Multiple cracks throughout (They can be filled- permanently, if the concrete slab is stable). - [ ] About 50+ bugs and miscellaneous debris contaminated the finish due to the epoxy being applied with the garage door open instead of closed. After it set, I had to use my Dremel tool to grind down each of those sharp peaks that could puncture/tear your foot if barefoot. - [ ] As of 26March2023, the first nickel-sized chip has lifted and peeled off. I am expecting more over the coming year. I paid him up front for his expertise and labor but it seems I expected too much. I attempted to resolve these issues with him directly but was unable. I wish I had done it myself and learned a new skill while saving money. Now, I still get to (re-)do it myself but am out $1200. I will not be doing business with Exums in future. (To clarify, I have no issues with the product itself, only with the application of it.)

I stop by 7/8/26 and met Chelsea Coffman she made my transaction so easy and not complicated. Gave me my reward with out a problem. She very pleasant and I was able to stay calm through it all. My experience with the older blue hair woman was very stressful and the new younger girl were rude. Seem to be a big turn over of employees.
