I needed to replace a toilet in my house and these folks had one that included everything I needed minus the tools of course. I purchased almost $200 worth of LED light bulbs here too and they work perfect! I try to visit here first when I need anything for repairs around the house. It's always much more pleasant than driving to the big box store in Gunbarrel City. All of Tommy's employees are very kind and helpful These are great folks and worthy of your patronage.

A carburetor and bushing on mower deck were the only items replaced. No one told me about the bushing, but did not need a carburetor, ran fine . I was told they had trouble starting it. Took a small john deere gator over for service as well $2000 as well. I guess thats the magic number. Just hearing the mechanics complaining about the customers while I was picking up my equipment was enough. The service manager actually has a set of rules standing on a plexiglass holder on his desk that says " Customers will be charged for asking questions, and if you sit in a chair you will be charged for therapy". That little joke should tell you everything you need to know about how they feel about their customers.

The way he was treating them got my attention. It was so friendly and his attitude was very professional. He was answering phone calls and switching from English to Spanish in a heart bit. He was fast and efficient, attending accordingly to how the costumers were arriving. When it was my turn, I was so glad he was bilingual since my husband only speaks Spanish, he answered all our doubts and help us pick the best paint for our budget. He gave me his card and told me that if I had any other question don't hesitate to call him. I would definitely go back to Kelly Moore in the future and recommend it to my friends and family. My cousin's dog apparently decided that the pet supply aisle was the perfect place to bring new life into the world, and honestly, she committed to the bit. One minute we were browsing; the next, it was an emergency "clear the space" situation, and suddenly Tractor Supply became the most unexpected maternity ward in Texas. To their credit, the staff handled it like absolute pros. What could've been chaotic was actually kind of heartwarming. Employees jumped in to help, gave us space, and somehow kept things calm as tiny puppies made their grand entrance. There's something surreal about hearing newborn puppy squeaks echoing through a store that usually smells like feed and hay. Customers nearby went from confused to fully invested in about 30 seconds. It turned into a wholesome little crowd moment for sure. By the end of it, everyone was okay, the puppies were adorable, and my cousin now has one wild story that no one will believe without proof. Overall, 10/10 experience great service, unforgettable atmosphere, and bonus puppies. Wouldn't recommend planning your dog's delivery here, but if it happens...apparently you're in good hands.

The bit was priced around $10.00 and was endorsed by one of their salespeople. The first hole that I drilled came out fine, although, the bit would not complete the second hole. The following day I returned to #Bullard Hardware , explained the circumstances and asked for a refund or a credit toward a replacement bit. The manager refused my request, stating that "we don't give refunds on drill bits in packages that have been opened." Following his reply, I thought to myself, how convenient, they can sell #NAPA sub-standard drill bits or anything else and hide behind their nonsense return policy. Being that, you have to open the package to find out if the merchandise is faulty or not. What else was I to think.
