The bit was priced around $10.00 and was endorsed by one of their salespeople. The first hole that I drilled came out fine, although, the bit would not complete the second hole. The following day I returned to #Bullard Hardware , explained the circumstances and asked for a refund or a credit toward a replacement bit. The manager refused my request, stating that "we don't give refunds on drill bits in packages that have been opened." Following his reply, I thought to myself, how convenient, they can sell #NAPA sub-standard drill bits or anything else and hide behind their nonsense return policy. Being that, you have to open the package to find out if the merchandise is faulty or not. What else was I to think.

I looked the battery details/warranty up before going to Noonday Ace Hardware and found the battery carries a minimum 2 year warranty. Took it in for an exchange and was told batteries in TX only last a year. Everyone knows that's an outright lie!!!! I just replaced a seven year old battery on my Solara yesterday and the new battery for it has a four year warranty. I'm 63 and have never had a battery expire at a year. In fact, batteries come with 2, 3, and 4 year warranties. Just burn your money instead of doing business with these folks. Attaching some general battery info for the curious. I told her I wanted to buy all of them and that there would were too many to carry by my hands. I also explained to her that the store orders extras for me as I'm the main consumer of them. She walked away and disappeared into a back room. So I only purchased 3 o rings and decided not to buy the other items that I was interested in as well. I told the owner about this And explain to her that because of her employee was so rude, I have no desire to come back into the store. It seems that customer service is now over.

I had fun just browsing around the store to see what all they had. What variety! I bought about 7 large flagstones for my front yard, a birdbath, a wide-brimmed straw hat with blue ribbon tie-ons, some metallic address numbers, some insulation tape for windows & doors, & even a phone/laptop wall charger.
