The way he was treating them got my attention. It was so friendly and his attitude was very professional. He was answering phone calls and switching from English to Spanish in a heart bit. He was fast and efficient, attending accordingly to how the costumers were arriving. When it was my turn, I was so glad he was bilingual since my husband only speaks Spanish, he answered all our doubts and help us pick the best paint for our budget. He gave me his card and told me that if I had any other question don't hesitate to call him. I would definitely go back to Kelly Moore in the future and recommend it to my friends and family. It is now April 26,2023. We finally received our lamps on or about March 15,2023 (almost 4 months…read moreafter we ordered them), but our nightstand still sits here damaged and defective. They actually sent a drawer yesterday that was almost as bad as the original drawer we are trying to get fixed. So after waiting 3 months and 12 days my nightstand is still broken and defective. We have now been waiting for over 5 months for our order to be fulfilled. This process has been unbelievably frustrating and I have spent way too much time talking to customer service. Apparently it takes them 3-5 business days to make any kind of decision and after repeated attempts at communicating with them all I have gotten from them (other than the 2nd broken drawer) is apologies. We have been told it would be fixed in 2-3 weeks at least 5 times. Apparently 2-3 weeks is the absolute fastest they can get anything delivered. I can get something delivered from Kathmandu in 3 days but they can't do any better than 3 weeks. There is absolutely no urgency of any kind to resolve your issue. To top it off I am really not impressed with the quality of their furniture. Funny thing is we have talked to numerous people about this and there is a surprising number of other people who have or know other people who have a similar story. Please please go somewhere else.

She was extremely patient with us as we wandered around the store and realizing there were several things that were going to be needed instead of just what we initially thought we were going to need. She also showed us several options with fabric choices that we needed regarding the new rug we have purchased.
