I had to go to work on a Saturday, and could not leave to go home because the washing machine made our toilet "gurgle" for lack of a better term. I realized when talking to my wife that we had a septic tank issue. Coopers was highly recommended to us. They had a driver (Jody) at my house in less than 2 hours. Jody was AWESOME! Very friendly and helpful. He had to locate and dig to get to the tank access points. He pumped the tanks and stated that the filters were the issue. He cleaned them and also said the septic system was working great! He early put my wife at ease that there was no major problems. The installer of the system gave us no information on maintenence of a septic tank, but Coopers and Jody were very helpful. Don't call anyone else! Call this very professional company. He charged me $750.00 to pump out all 3 of my Aerobic System. I asked him how much to pump the tanks. He said $250.00. I asked per tank and he said yes. My fault. It was the first time I have ever had them pumped and did not know. I found out that others only charge $250.00 for all 3. I guess he saw a sucker and took advantage of it. Down right dishonest !!!
