I did that, thought my problems were solved, but within an hour of having the water on the leak was back. I then decided to give Rub A Dub a try. Aaron came by and, unlike the other two, went to work to find the leak. After some bush-cutting and rock moving, he determined the connection between my copper and PVC pipes had broken in the yard, and he repaired the fitting promptly. Thank you very much for your help. I think I will be using this company for all plumbing needs going forward.

They told me that my water heater's mother board was bad and was obsolete / no longer available. Thus, the only option was to replace the entire system at a cost of nearly $5K. Feeling stuck and taking their word for it, replacing the unit is what we did. A couple months later, my second tankless system (same make, model and age as the first one) went on the fritz. Troubleshooting this system, it too was a motherboard problem, yet this time (not with Rub-a-Dub), a replacement motherboard was available for $300, a far cry from replacing the entire system at 16X the cost! Needless to say, this was a pretty frustrating realization to have about Rub-a-Dub's service call and recommendation. They definitely got me! :-(

The other reviews I read were complaining about price, not how good the service was or how quick the service was in my experience you generally get what you pay for especially with a company that's been around as long as Maddox. My advice with any company to ask for a ballpark price that way you have a general idea of what you're going to be paying. And that way you don't have to leave a bad review because you didn't ask enough questions before you hire a company to come out

However, there were a few problems: There is one area at the outer edge of the house the manufacturer specifically marked that there should be a support piling in that area. The piling was there, but was about 2" short. I had to add blocks to where it's actually supporting the house. Approx. 2 weeks later the floor is squeaking in an area that wasn't before. They did not replace the skirting they'd removed while working. I spent over 4 hours replacing the skirting. I tried to contact them, no response.

Kenny charged me $750 and he didn't even run the camera down the sewer line from the kitchen sink to the back of the house. The sewer line in the back of the house is about 2-1/2 feet down. He cut a new hole in the PVC line instead of using the existing hole which is the same size and about a foot away. I gave 2 stars because they did show up on time.
