For $150/mo why don't I just get Starlink. Been here 3+yr and service goes out several times- for days....Just read some of the other reviews for that... Currently service has been out going on 5 days, no information from KPE... Atrocious communication; some random answering service says 'they are working diligently to solve the problem' Cannot get someone who actually works @ office or tech support to answer the phone or contact. No Responses to emails for several days. No posting on their SocMed updating to the outage; No text or call to customers; No message on their website....Horridly unprofessional and disturbingly pathetic way to operate a business. Burning through Mobile Hotspot Data about as fast as Congress burning your tax $$ to israel & ukraine Should be 1/3 of a star at best read more

Company can't maintain service agreements forcing a change in plan and increase to price. Internet service went out again and I was told I would have to choose a new plan for third time. While service was out I was charged again for the upcoming month. I cancelled and requested refund. Just received email in June for cancelling in February that said I would get $46 back. Do yourself a favor and look into Starlink. read more

Customer service is nonexistent with this company. No one answers phone calls. Emails take forever to be replied to. Service is always down and no compensation given for lost time. Only future discounts. Same excuse always given "growing pains". I pay $250 for two lines. Internet is slow. The least it could be is reliable. read more

This is in reference to their internet service. I gave two stars cause the employees are always nice and polite. But that's where the good ends. Very long story short, they are my isp. The only I can have where I live. Internet suddenly stops working. After many days of trying to contact them I get a new Sim card. Internet speeds are now avgess than 3mbs down. Three weeks later, the new Sim card stops again. Get new card today, but this time I brought the modem with me. On the way home, I pull over 1/4mi away from the ATT tower and make sure my cell phone is connected to it. Run speed test and avg 95mbs down. Turn on wifi on phone connect to the modem and run speed test again. Best avg is 1.7mbs. So I'm paying $130/month for internet and not getting what I'm paying for. Worst yet, I do not have a choice. read more

this company is worthless. they sent a email on a holiday weekend saying i would need to have a new sims and motem due to 1 of the partners desolving the relationship, i waited for 1 week finally called and they brought out my new stuff from friday 9/9/2022 unil this posting they have not help me get my service statred, 5 days waiting and getting the run around, also that $99 deal dont do it its is actually $179 if i could give no stars thats what they would get, Justin hope you have a pleasant day, hes the jerk who laughed when i was telling him about my husband being diabetic and needing the internet for his monitor. read more

They provided me internet with excellent customer service. I was able to cut the cable with the other local providers and use all the streaming services I wanted. read more

I used this service for over a year. My bill went from $75 to $125 without a heads up. The man who hooked everything up for me and signed me up told me that if I ever needed help, just let him know and he would help. I had so many issues with internet over that year that I was with them, and when I asked him for help he would just tell me to call support. I had no service for a month, every time I called and tried to contact them no one would get back with me. The only time they got back with me I was at work and couldn't answer , never heard from them again. I had to personally drive to Tyler to cancel my service with them, and they let me know that the man who continued to talk to me didn't even work there anymore. I was absolutely appalled. My review is zero but it made me choose one. They took over from our former provider, increased our fees and now the service is unreliable at best. There is zero customer service, so don't expect help or any kind of support. Just don't do it. Grateful fiber is coming to put them out of business. read more
