I spoke with Wade this morning and asked if he had any availability knowing that very likely the answer would be no. Wade asked where she lived and he noted that he had a job close by and would be willing to stop by if their schedule allowed. Wade arrived and spoke to my grandmother at length while checking out the situation and performing the necessary service. He treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. Wade exemplifies the best qualities of us. He exemplifies the fruits of the Spirit. This is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. They took half the money up front took…read morethree months to show up, did half the job--that mostly had to be redone, had a defective chimney cap installed, didn't install the exhaust tubing correctly, the dampers were installed upside down, never returned calls, for months led us on saying they would fix and finish the job, and then had the audacity to not only not finish the job, but demand final payment. They put us through hell. They are so unethical do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
