He spent time getting to know my husband and I and what we were looking for in window coverings. We originally did just part of the house but after seeing how beautiful and affordable the high quality shades we selected were, we ordered them for the rest of the house. The installation was quick and we couldn't be more pleased with our new shades. We get complements from neighbors driving by on how beautiful they are. Thank you so very much! We highly recommend Made in the Shade for all your window covering needs!

At the same time, we needed two new sets of French doors and all new windows in our 50-year old house. After some quotes, we went with Bullard Siding Co., Inc.. We can't say enough good about Chris, Drew, Justin and Jason. Our finished product looks amazing. We are so well insulated. Rain and gargantuan earth worms will no longer to be able to get in under the cracks of the doors. The windows should save us $$$ on heating/cooling bills. Plus they look nice, they're easy to clean and easy to open. We're pretty much going to live on the porch this summer. They were so friendly and professional, clear and communicative. percent recommend!!

The next day I was sent a very high estimate by some woman named Louella Lackey. When I asked her to specify what was included in the estimate, she refused to do so and upon further questioning, she simply stated that they were not interested in the project. In other words, she blew me off. I asked her twice to have the representative Richard call me. She refused to respond. Not only did I waste an entire day on this effort but it is disappointing to realize that this business has devolved into the hands of an emotionally disturbed woman, at the least, if not lunatic.

However, there were a few problems: There is one area at the outer edge of the house the manufacturer specifically marked that there should be a support piling in that area. They did not replace the skirting they'd removed while working. I spent over 4 hours replacing the skirting. I tried to contact them, no response.
