Everyone we dealt with from The Blind Place was exceptional. Jenny was so patient with us while we picked out type and colors of blinds. The blinds were ready very quickly and the installers (Mike and Sean) were in and out so quickly we barely had time to say hello before they had the blinds installed and were ready to leave. Eddie, Casey and everybody at the Blind Place did a awesome job on our outdoor porch inclosing it with four motorized 95% screens so we would have a cool or warm place to entertain and live in and now we can open our doors from the house to the porch area and makes it feel like it is part of our house. We added a air handler so now it can be 100° outside and it will be in the 70s in our porch we love it. My husband is so happy!!! They were very professional they went the extra mile. Because I am pretty picky but I know what I want and they gave me everything I wanted and expected for my outdoor porch it looks like it was built with the house. I would recommend them to anybody who would like to have a beautiful outdoor porch area or window treatments or whatever for your house they went over and above very professional people!!! I am well pleased with The Blind Place Tyler. I ordered some outside blinds for my patio. They were installed but I noticed the design was cheap and not suited for this purpose. They quickly started to break. After showing them the defects, I was told their supplier had economized their design and not told The Blind Place. The owner inspected and re-ordered from alternate source with much better design. These were installed at no increase in cost. The blind place in Tyler was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor in over 35 years. unwilling to honor their work. the owner (Eddie Pruett) was very abusive on the phone and spent most of our time on the phone inquiring about what world I lived in that thought everything you purchase is going to work. they did not complete the work even though they were paid in full. he did however state he would refund my credit card........as I continue to hold my breath, no credit on card and no calls returned. either this owner is the worst customer service person on this planet or his off his meds. whichever one it was he lied and theres no room in customer service for liars read more
