Very friendly and helpful. He had to locate and dig to get to the tank access points. He pumped the tanks and stated that the filters were the issue. He cleaned them and also said the septic system was working great! He early put my wife at ease that there was no major problems. The installer of the system gave us no information on maintenence of a septic tank, but Coopers and Jody were very helpful. Don't call anyone else! Call this very professional company. I was told pumping would be about $400 on top of addressing the problem. They came first thing the following morning (7:30am). Marvin pumped only what he needed to assess the issue. He found the electrical connection box completely submerged. He drained it and added sealant to reduce the chance of future fluid intrusion. He tested components and pulled and manipulated the pump. He ensured all worked well and tested three times to be certain all was working well. He was professional and personable. He gave me some easy to follow maintenance advice as well. This was a time some companies would take advantage of the customer (immediate need of service). In the end, the limited pumping (only what was necessary) and the quick work resulted in a change well under the $400 quoted. It is nice to find service providers who are honest and don't take advantage of their customers.

I had them come out on 4/8/24 this time it was 2 people who came out, They emptied our tank and the 2nd guy who was with them did not seem like he knew what he was doing, they didn't clean our tank. After they left we had 2 days of rain and we noticed a puddle were our septic tank lid was so I called the company and the lady I spoke to talk to me like I was a child and tried to tell me that is was due to my tank being old, I tried to tell her that this didn't happen last time and we had more rain last time. They did not offer to come make sure it was not the lid or anything and never tried to make it right just wanted to charge us to come empty it out again or put a new leach line We are on disability and can't afford to pay for someone else's mistakes and that is exactly how she made me feel.
