Very friendly and helpful. He had to locate and dig to get to the tank access points. He pumped the tanks and stated that the filters were the issue. He cleaned them and also said the septic system was working great! He early put my wife at ease that there was no major problems. The installer of the system gave us no information on maintenence of a septic tank, but Coopers and Jody were very helpful. Don't call anyone else! Call this very professional company. When I asked about the warranty, they said it is my fault as I overloaded the pump. So, another $1000! We are a household of 8 (have been for 3 years) and pump once to twice a year. How is that not covered? So, buyer beware. When they fix it, they do it well, but their "fine print" on the parts is not clear and they will leave you on the hook claiming it to be your fault. Please insist on a written and not just a verbal warranty.

I did that, thought my problems were solved, but within an hour of having the water on the leak was back. I then decided to give Rub A Dub a try. Aaron came by and, unlike the other two, went to work to find the leak. After some bush-cutting and rock moving, he determined the connection between my copper and PVC pipes had broken in the yard, and he repaired the fitting promptly. Thank you very much for your help. I think I will be using this company for all plumbing needs going forward.

They told me that my water heater's mother board was bad and was obsolete / no longer available. Thus, the only option was to replace the entire system at a cost of nearly $5K. Feeling stuck and taking their word for it, replacing the unit is what we did. A couple months later, my second tankless system (same make, model and age as the first one) went on the fritz. Troubleshooting this system, it too was a motherboard problem, yet this time (not with Rub-a-Dub), a replacement motherboard was available for $300, a far cry from replacing the entire system at 16X the cost! Needless to say, this was a pretty frustrating realization to have about Rub-a-Dub's service call and recommendation. They definitely got me! :-(

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I hired this company to…read moreinstall irrigation and grass in my backyard and part of my side yard. They gave us nothing but problems. I gave them thousands of dollars, and ended up having to hire someone to fix their mess or fix it myself. To start, the worker who was to install the irrigation was supposed to take 2 days, but it took over a week. The reason being: he kept napping on my front porch or in my side yard. My neighbors kept texting and calling to see if I knew about a strange guy sleeping in my front yard. Then, the new irrigation zones in the backyard were supposed to be connected to the existing system in the front yard. They did not connect it to anything, so the new zones had no water going to them. Once they did finally come out to fix it, half the new sod they laid died. They were supposed to come out and redo it, but never did despite dozens of calls and texts from me. Also, when the new zones were finally connected, I had to figure out how to adjust every head myself because some were spraying directly into a fence, pointed the opposite way, over-spraying over the fence, etc. It was a nightmare! Finally, they were only supposed to lay sod in the half of the side yard that was torn up from where all the tractors were coming in and out during our pool construction. I guess the guy (the same one who barely worked 2 hours per day because he was too busy napping in random places) didn't listen to instructions because he tore up all the existing grass that was in good shape. But because they were only supposed to lay sod in half of the side yard, they did not fix the good grass he tore up! I tried so many times for many weeks to get them to follow up on their work, and it was always one excuse after another; and that's if I could even get a call back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!
