We have used Myrtle Springs Septic for going on 5 years now. We paid for it to be fixed atleast twice but the problem was not resolved mind you, this has been going on for years. I called about 3 weeks ago and told them that the problem still wasn't resolved and that I needed to have someone new come out to try to fix the issue. I did not hear from anyone so I called back last week and was told that someone would call me and noone did. I called again last night and said that it was getting ridiculous only to receive a phone call this morning to say that they are not renewing our contract because we were rude to them. I have not been rude to them. It comes down to this, they don't know how or don't want to do the work to fix the issue. We have paid for this to be fixed twice but it was never resolved. I would look for another company if I were you.

I used Quality Septic for my services for about 3 years until I found out how dishonest Darrin was…read more He deliberately does not leave any door hangers because he want to keep you in the dark when he does not show up to provide your prepaid maintenance service. When I called to question why they had not provided me service at 6 months after my contract renewed, Darrin cooked up an email and forwarded to me as proof of service with a past date. Why was they email not sent on the original date. I received weeks after because I was question him. I had a credit card on file which authorized them to charge my card for repairs without needing authorization for service of a value or Dollar amount. I had a burnt out bulb on my septic alarm system yet someone who claimed he had been to my home never replaced the bulb when they claimed that they had provided me service. If you are not in the habit of monitoring your service frequency with Darrin, please pay attention as you could easily be getting 1 of 3, instead of 3 of 3. His other dishonest way of getting his claws in your wallet is rebuilding the motor on your aerator. I was a victim of $350 to rebuild aerator every 6 months while a new aerator was $425 then. My aerator kept going out because the Septic system installers failed to enter the tank at 90 degree with the PVC pipe work. He would come out each time and pick my pocket that he was rebuilding the aerator. I got saved from this pick-pocket after several years when I decided enough was enough. I signed up with another company that came out and told me why that problem was recurring. They corrected the PVC pipe work and discarded greedy Darrin many times over, rebuilt aerator and its been about a few years now and I have never once had any problem with my Septic system again. The first time he visits your home he will convince you that he is knowledgable and bad mouth your previous service provider. Once he has won you over, then the con-artist in him goes to work to maintain you as a perpertual victim. I am glad I questioned him hard enough to get him uncomfortable which led to us parting ways. On another occation, I called for service on a weekend but they didn't come out until Tuesday, then Darrin charged me the higher fee for a weekend call charge even though he showed up on Tuesday to do the work. Please, help me understand how a phone call on the weekend translates to a weekend call fee for work done on a Tuesday. This man is just desperate in my opinion to get his claws on your wallet. I still believe leaving this Septic service provider behind was one of the best things that happened to my home. Think dirty, think Darrin. :)

Had an unknown issue with my septic (filled without sprinklers going on). I needed some help pretty…read morequickly. I called late afternoon. I was told pumping would be about $400 on top of addressing the problem. They came first thing the following morning (7:30am). Marvin pumped only what he needed to assess the issue. He found the electrical connection box completely submerged. He drained it and added sealant to reduce the chance of future fluid intrusion. He tested components and pulled and manipulated the pump. He ensured all worked well and tested three times to be certain all was working well. He was professional and personable. He gave me some easy to follow maintenance advice as well. This was a time some companies would take advantage of the customer (immediate need of service). In the end, the limited pumping (only what was necessary) and the quick work resulted in a change well under the $400 quoted. It is nice to find service providers who are honest and don't take advantage of their customers.
