DaWayne, the owner, came out to our property and the Engineers report and go went over what would need to be done. He made us aware of the permitting process and told us it would take at least 30 days before the permit would be approved. Within a couple days of receiving the permit we were put on their list to begin work. His crew was professional and we are very happy with the work that was done. We hope to enjoy the same kind of responsiveness and professionalism in years to come. Not a very exciting upgrade to your home, but definitely necessary, and we recommend Total Septic to help you through the process.

Finished all work in a short window of time. Had City Permit Inspection scheduled immediately. I had received a coupon in the mail from triple crown and that's how I chose them. Three guys arrived and where very pleasant, one pulled out a monkey wrench, and in less than 2 minutes had my issue fixed. He very gracious said he wouldn't charge me a service fee but then turned around and charged me a $150 tool fee. That must have been some magical monkey wrench. I had a coupon too. That was $150 with a coupon. I have had some other issues with plumbing recently and have found some plumbers do not charge service fees or tool fees. They will give you quotes for service and not up-charge you like crazy. Do your research...ask for any hidden fees. Every plumber I have talked to I now ask, do you have a "tool fee" before scheduling and most of them don't even know what I'm talking about.

Shower cartridge (located behind the shower handle) was bad so I called them to come out and they…read moresaid there was a service call charge of $67.50 which would not be charged if they did any work. So they sent a guy out and they charged a whopping $272 plus tax just to replace a simple plastic shower cartridge that probably took about 15 minutes to replace. They also replaced a cheap small plastic handle that I did not ask them to replace. Charges breakdown: $125.00 - Labor $80.00 - Parts (for a plastic cartridge that cost $31 at Home Depot) $67.50 - Other charges (added in the service call charge). So I was not supposed to be charged the service call charge; however they added it in & when paid them by credit card I had not seen the breakdown yet. Made numerous phone calls and kept getting promises that they would reimburse me for the service call charge but they kept stringing me along and wouldn't send it. Guess they got tired of me calling and did eventually send it but it cost me a lot of time and frustration. To top it off, about six months later the cartridge they installed went bad and had to hire another plumber to come out and replace the one Enco had installed.
