Completely unreliable service provider. The house we recently purchased was under contract with Triple AAnd they were called several times to address a horrible odor every time the sprinklers would go off. They invoiced us for a new sprinkler head that was never installed.. The technician the mission that came to the house never got out of this truck and did not leave a service in voice for us in the mailbox are by the front door as per the service contract. Calls to their office to resolve the issue went unanswered for answered for 2 weeks. We finally found another company in casdo Mills with a much better reputation and have been very happy with their service. read more

If no stars was possible, that's what they would get. I've been under contract for approximately 18 months. Their technician checked the last two tanks ONLY. Never checked the sludge tank. Today we had another servicer come out and he discovered our sludge tank was completely full. What does this mean, it means they've never checked it in 18 months. I called and requested a pro-rated refund and they hung up on me twice. read more

ZERO STARS!!! We used this company and recently sold our home, which required us to pump out the septic tank. They sent out another company because their truck was broken down, and when the other company got out to pump the tank, they said the tank was NEVER pumped out, even though we had paid for that service. If you call them and a person named Jody answers, you have reached the worst customer service person in the world. Jody will politely take your call, and then nothing will ever happen. I had to call numerous times to get simple things serviced and it got to the point that I had to call until I got a hold of someone else, then the work would get done. This company is fraudulent and we are also reporting them to the State of Texas. Avoid AAA Septic at all costs...this company should not be in business. read more

Worst septic company ever!! Don't waste your money. Phone calls nor service requests are answered.

I have been with this company for 15 years and until recently I have been satisfied with their service. Last year my spray water started smelling. I called the company and they mentioned the controls were bad to the tank and needed to be replaced. I went ahead and said ok, let's get it taken care of. We are now in July and have tried multiple times to get them to come out and install the new controls, only to receive nothing from them. I'm fed up with this issue and the multiple phone calls to get action taken on this manner that when my renewal came, I jumped for joy know I could choose a different company to take care of my tanks. So we have paid this company for 18 months on maintenance program. They came yesterday ironically as "maintenance check" card says all good. Called AAA on recommendation of my plumber. Built house. Know exact location of 2 septic tanks with only topsoil to remove and only 12-18 inches to tanks. Asked me if I had shoveled. I said think not I'm 70 (that's your job). Asked how much hose needed. Never asked before but said if come in lower entrance of road frontage short distance across very dry and hard hay field on need 20-40 feet. Told owner only allowed truck on asphalt or concrete drive. Then ask me to measure distance from drive to tanks. Would require going under chain link fence and at least 150 feet of hose. I said I had never had a company make emptying out a septic tank this complicated. I said "forget it". Never got to a quote. AAA must have all the business they can handle! read more

DO NOT USE. Signed a one year maintenance contract with them. They only came out the first time and won't come back out. Every time I call they said they were "scheduled for today", but it has been 3 months. They will not issue refund for unused portion. They are crooks! read more

AAA Septic has failed to service my aerobic septic system per the contract, three (3) times a year, for 2016 & 2017. I contacted them in DEC2017 to find out when they serviced it in 2017 only to find out they had not done a service call since DEC2016. After I contacted them they did come out in DEC2017 and serviced it and have been good to provide complementary service for 2018 since they failed to service it per contract in 2016 and 2017. read more

I was so impressed by AAA Septic Tank Service. They were so nice to work with and they were prompt in the service time. We had requested a new septic tank lid and our tank to be pumped. The service technician came out and inspected our septic tank an updated me on the service needed at that time. The septic tanks were pumped and the new septic tank lid was installed on the same day. We had poor service and communication from AAA. We moved in our home, already under contract with them. I asked, by phone and when they came over to test the system, to give me information for our system and maintenance since it was our first experience with a septic tank as home owners. We told them issues we were having and they wouldn't tell us much. I had to repeatedly ask about our tank size, how many times they come out and what we needed to do to keep up with it. Unfortunately, they seemed too busy to even tell me that. On top of that, they no showed for appointments or came at random times when we told them we wouldn't be home. I started talking to some neighbors about it. They said they experienced similar issues with AAA. So, I had to research on my own to find all the information, including finding out about the chlorine tablets, the sprinkler head repairs and the actual purpose of the company even coming out. Fortunately, during my research, I came across a company called Tri County Septic who was willing to commit to when they said they would come for an appointment, as well as answering all my questions and helping us to care for our system properly. We are sure to tell new families moving in about the option to go with a different septic company. read more
