So sad that a company we have been using since 2011 or 12. We renewed our contracts, paid in full and on time. When we moved to our new home we brought them with us and told neighbors about them. Well fast forward - went to renew our contract and was told that they haven't serviced us for a time. I had no idea that they stopped coming. We always sign multi year contracts. And the kicker is they won't renew because they aren't taking new customers? We aren't a new customer. It is a shame that companies treat loyal customers like this. I have been using White Eagle since 2001. They have provided excellent services. I never have to call them to come and inspect my septic system. They schedule the inspection without my calling them and show up. The inspector is courteous and helpful. They leave an inspection report for me to review. I recommend them. read more

I contacted White Eagle through their automated system on their website on a Sunday, by Monday afternoon the service was complete. The prices are a bit high compared to other companies but worth it when you take into consideration that other companies just aren't responsive or reliable. Would definitely recommend to others as they were recommended to me by my neighbors. read more

Dont usually write reviews but feel i am obligated to warn people of my experience with them. The job was left unfinished and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for their "courtesy leveling". After contacting them several times about the issue and no initiative being taken I had to hire someone to fill in the disaster they left behind. I do not write very many reviews in general, but I felt like I had to in this case - partly because they are such a top notch company, but also because it is such an odd process and I know that anyone that is looking here for the answers I was looking for are not having much luck finding them. Here is what I know after having been through this process - #1 - if you have an old type septic system - stop wasting your time trying to get someone to fix it, it can't (legally) be done. When you get tired of doing all you can to "save" that old system you have only one option - replace it. (well OK, you could go to Austin and try to get the laws changed so your old system can be repaired - but that is a pretty bad option)... #2 - your system is dead (or dying) and you are tired of all the problems - then it is time to move on - now you need to get a site survey done. Call your county to find an authorized site engineer to engineer your new system If you are in Collin County - Richard Milam did a great job with mine - also very service oriented. #3 - Call White Eagle and forget about all the rest. I have a very complex septic system with 2 completely separate units that had to be combined (with a total of 4 outlets coming from my home). They had to navigate around pool plumbing, electrical work, and who knows what else was in the way, plus they had a very concerned homeowner that stood over them practically every minute they were there. I know they have multiple crews that do this - but the guys that came to work on my home were amazing - they were incredibly careful to protect my home and did a fantastic job of doing something that is incredibly destructive with the minimal amount of damage sustained. So, for what it is worth - a guy that never wants to take the time to write a review is spending an hour of his day trying to find places to talk good about a company because they were just that good - they are that good !!! they communicated with me, they showed up exactly when they said they would be there, they took care and paid attention to what they were doing. the did it all right, they cleaned up and left my property in better shape than they found it, and they no doubt had a harder install than what they expected, but never once complained or asked for more money because the job was harder than they thought. I am with you on trying to find ways not to spend this much money - it is painful no doubt - but if you are going to spend the money, hire some real pros and relax and enjoy watching them work - it was actually quite fascinating. read more

White Eagle initially inspected my system and charged me $300 for wiring. For the next 7 months, the only communication with them was my monthly credit card charge. I never saw them and I have my doubts that they ever visited my property again. The only other septic related communication I received was 6 months of complaints from my neighbors and my HOA regarding the odor. I was fortunate to run into the people checking my neighbors system and asked them where I could change to their company. They volunteered to do a check of my system - no charge. Within 5 minutes, they had discovered the source of my odorous problem - my air pump was out and, since I had been experiencing problems for six months, I must assume White Eagle Water either had not visited my property in over six months or they failed to discover a very obvious problem. I cancelled White Eagle Water and signed up with the new company. They told me they would have charged $150 for the wiring job that White Eagle charged $300. Their monthly service is also about 1/2 the price of White Eagle Water. If you want a reliable septic service company - steer clear of White Eagle Water. read more
