I am not sure where to begin with how Brothers is just downright awesome. It all started when I…read moremoved to a new house and the bathroom plumbing was just not great so I reached out to a couple of plumbers and Brother Plumber got back to me fastest with a reasonable approach. Well Bobby T. showed up and gave a pretty reasonable flat-rate estimate to replace two faucets and a toilet. We figured the job would take about 1.5 hours, but it seems that just about everything went south from the beginning - not the least of which were a sketchy original install from the early 1970's and a tub drain not connected. Somewhere around 7 hours later Bobby T. knocked out the job and it all works great AND they stuck with the original price quote. Throughout the entire ordeal Bobby T. was fantastic and communicated what was going on, but most importantly finished the job by doing things right the first time. The artistry of the final result was also pretty fantastic and used a bit more copper than was expected. I would DEFINITELY recommend Brother Plumber to anyone for their workmanship and professionalism.

I had purchased a home that I thought was a flipper and thought the remodel "solved" all my issues prior to rental. There were more issues than I had anticipated! Frank did a walkthrough of the home while I was on the phone with him and was able to point out things that needed to be worked on and took pictures for you to see. I have a property manager and they have a "crew" that makes repairs. However, when you are charged for every drive out regardless of repair or not, it can become expensive. The markups from the property managers also add up. I am by no means rich but a middle class American trying to make ends meet. Frank is the same way. Faith, family and country. With that said... Frank is reasonable and won't gouge you when buying parts. His labor per hour is on par with what I would have been charged by my property manager. Since rates are an area that ebbs and flows with gas prices and the economy, I will refrain from posting his hourly fee. What I can tell you is it's under $100 an hour.
