I had a leak fixed then I had an outside faucet installed, a tub installed, a toilet installed, and some pipes replaced under the house. Each experience was utterly and completely positive. Instead, they sent a driver with only a pumping truck, who didn't know about the other issues and could only pump the septic. For the sprinkler issue, I received a generic and overpriced quote (~$500) to install two new heads when I simply needed one reinstalled. Worse, I was told I'd have to accept that quote just to get a technician to diagnose the real problem. When I called to clarify, I was informed I'd need to pay $150 for a visit to assess the issue -- which is exactly what I thought I had already scheduled. To top it off, their truck damaged my driveway. I've attached a picture and will be sharing this experience on other platforms to help others avoid the same. Disappointing service overall.

My total charge was around $250.00 which is reasonable. This was not an emergency call which is usually a bit more. When I called the company the manager wouldn't even talk to me, they had their receptionist relay the message. This girl was so rude and their only resolution they offered was to come back and undo the work they did. They should be ashamed of themselves. Buyer Beware with this bunch!
