They found out that it is out of production and told me they would find out what the replacement would be. Looks like they don't know what they're doing, nor do they care, since I haven't heard from them.

Thinking one of the girls maybe spilled water, I was wrong. We had a leak coming from under the bathroom sink. Last week two professional young techs came out and knew exactly where to zero in to find the issue. This is a two story home so I was hopeful it wasn't upstairs, and it wasn't.
