Robert's Heating & Air, never replied to my voicemail I left on 05/13/22. So something 100 times better came along. Texoma Maintenance & Refrigeration to the rescue. Our service tech Dustin R. was an amazing tech who fixed our unit and made a us a LIFETIME customer. We knew per the home inspection we would need to replace this unit fairly soon. And Dustin will be our choice to install when the time comes. My spouse usually fixes our units but since his hand has been messed up it's time for us to turn this job over to the experts. I called to set up a time for someone to come look at our AC because it was blowing warm air. Issue #1: I was told that anything after 5 pm would require time and half ($80 regular service call jumps to $120). Okay, that's understandable. I left work in Denison at 3:35 and called the office, told them I was on my way home and would arrive at 3:55. She said no problem she had just sent my number to the technician (at 3:30) who would call to confirm. I arrive home and wait. At 4:10 he calls and says he's on his way he was just leaving Calera. He arrived at my home at 4:30. He inspected the AC inside our home and outside our home and came to the conclusion we had a Freon leak in the evaporator coil inside the home and one in the outside unit. He would call tomorrow with an estimate to replace unit. He left at 5:30. So he was at my home for one hour. I was at home at 4:00, he didn't arrive until 4:30 (our appointment was set for 4:00). Since he stayed for one hour, had he arrived at our scheduled time, he would have left at 5:00. I was charge $120 (time and a half) because it was after 5:00 when he left. I was home at 4:00, why should I pay extra because he was running late? Issue #2: His Freon test was inaccurate. He had the AC running while checking for a leak inside the home. The next day we called a different HVAC company to get a second opinion and we DID NOT have a leak on the inside and did not need an entire new unit. We did have a leak outside and had the outside unit replaced. So instead of $6800 for new inside/outside unit that wasn't necessary, we paid $3500 for a new outside unit the same day they came out to check the system. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this company.

I had a tenant's air conditioning stop cooling in the middle of a heatwave!! As one can imagine, I…read morehave contacted many HVAC companies only to be told they are booked out. I received a message from All Seasons they were booked out as well. I went to bed thinking, I'll just let my property manager handle it in the morning and even sent an email stating so. To my surprise, I got a message via Yelp from All Seasons to call and book a service schedule. I called and was able to schedule for an opening they had the next day. The air conditioning is working again, and the tenants and I couldn't be happier! Well... more so for the tenant than me - as any property owner can attest. But things do break and are in need of repair! If you are looking around for an HVAC company and have rentals in the Denison/Sherman area, please consider All Seasons. I can't speak on costs because I have no other HVAC companies to compare them to. I do know they charge $99 for a call out. More times than not, things stop working unexpectedly. I got quotes (or attempted to get quotes) from several other companies. Without exception, every other company was SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than TLCS. I'm not talking a few hundred dollars more either....I'm talking thousands. Additionally, every interaction was amazing. Not only are the people who work in their office friendly and helpful, but so is their after hours answering service. At every turn they make sure that you know they value you as a customer, which simply can not be said for some of the other companies in the area (like Swink....they made sure I felt like they specifically didn't want my business). I really only hope that the next time I need to install a ductless mini-split or central air system I live within their service area...because they are hands down the best!
