He never tried to sell me a new opener; however, I had been wanting a new one with Wifi capabilities so he gave me a quote over the phone. Within less than a week, he was over to install the new opener. Less than two hours and he was done. He then spent time showing me everything about the new system and helped me get setup on the app--I didn't even have to ask. Next day, John installed the new door and a new opener. The door is very nice quality, with heavy-duty hinges. Something new (for me) is, they have a vinyl edge that seals a lot of air infiltration from around the top and sides. Tip-Top service and quality hardware. I highly recommend.

We value our customers but not on weekends or for emergencies. In addition they wouldn't even let me speak to a technician, which tells me that they weren't even working today despite being told they were booked for the day. Today the door jumped the tracks and cable came off the end wheel. Since their parts failed I asked for a refund on the parts since they couldn't help service me before leaving town tomorrow and having to leave with a garage door unable to open or close (stuck in the half way open position).
