My husband and I had a price tag in mind and some ideas about what we would like. He took those ideas and is not only implementing them, but making them even better in the construction of our new home. He figured out my aesthetic before we even had a foundation. I am always asking questions or adding some new feature idea. We were worried he might grow weary and tell us to "forget it," but that hasn't happened yet. :^) He is patient with us and responds quickly to emails and text messages. Most of all, he always wants to make our ideas come true. He listens and leans into our thinking. Even when I have ideas that are out of budget, he helps us find an alternative that is perfect or figures out if we can save in another place. Actually, I live in Sherman not Tom Bean, about 15 minutes away, based on the location that was given for his business. And, I already had the necessary materials. If only he had actually made some inquiries about the job and my specific location before quoting me such an absurd amount. The day we reached out for tree trimming from the storm we were contacted in under a half hour…read more They could have made it out that same day but we chose to do it the following morning. They were on time, courteous, efficient and more than thorough. Not only did they cut down the necessary branches they cleaned up our whole area and left some of the chopped wood (our request) neatly stacked by the tree. Their quote was comparable to others and they even lowered it slightly when they saw the tree in person. We have other projects coming up and Rodriguez Handyman will be the first we call to quote!
