5 Stars - Truly Outstanding Work!…read more I recently had the front of my home painted by Ryan Holloway Construction, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. The crew was led by Antonio, who brought a high level of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that you just don't see often these days. What really stood out was how family-oriented and well-coordinated the entire team was. They showed up on time, worked with precision and care, and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. They didn't just slap on a coat of paint -- they power-washed, repaired wood, sealed, chalked, and even cleaned my front porch without being asked. It literally looks like the day I moved in over 20 years ago! The quality of their work is exceptional, and the pricing was incredibly fair for the level of excellence they delivered. Ryan's team is now my go-to crew for ANY home projects going forward. Thank you Ryan, Antonio, and the entire team -- Stay Blessed!

Mr. Crain at Bethel Homes is a man of integrity who stands ready and able to build your dream home…read more Without question, you can trust him and his team to support you at every every step of the way. My husband and I had a price tag in mind and some ideas about what we would like. He took those ideas and is not only implementing them, but making them even better in the construction of our new home. He figured out my aesthetic before we even had a foundation. I am always asking questions or adding some new feature idea. We were worried he might grow weary and tell us to "forget it," but that hasn't happened yet. :^) He is patient with us and responds quickly to emails and text messages. Most of all, he always wants to make our ideas come true. He listens and leans into our thinking. Even when I have ideas that are out of budget, he helps us find an alternative that is perfect or figures out if we can save in another place. Bottom-line: He pursues quality as if he or someone in his family were about to move into the home he is building. Mr. Crain brings calm and fun to the home-buying experience; we are overwhelmed by his attention to our dreams and concerns. We are planning to move to our new home in a few months. We will post a photo when all is finished.

Joe and his crew were a pleasure to have in my home--polite, thoughtful, and clearly experienced. They treated the project (and my space) with real care. I had a few uncertainties when we first started, but they walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel effortless. The craftsmanship is excellent, and they even went beyond what I expected to make sure every detail was perfect. It's rare to find a team that combines skill, professionalism, and such genuine kindness. I'm extremely grateful for their work and would absolutely recommend 5JD Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality contractor.

His pricing, according to him, was mostly based on the time it would take to get to the job site, the gasoline burned and the wear and tear on his vehicle, having to stop along the way to purchase the necessary materials to do the job, and him deciding that I was an hour away based on my zip code. Actually, I live in Sherman not Tom Bean, about 15 minutes away, based on the location that was given for his business. And, I already had the necessary materials. If only he had actually made some inquiries about the job and my specific location before quoting me such an absurd amount. Not so bad until his crew made what was to be my single st home into a two story home! This is what I'm left with, not enough money to fix this disaster. For someone who bragged about being a Marine, David Crum has absolutely no integrity, courage to fix his mistakes, or honor. They were on time, courteous, efficient and more than thorough. Not only did they cut down the necessary branches they cleaned up our whole area and left some of the chopped wood (our request) neatly stacked by the tree. Their quote was comparable to others and they even lowered it slightly when they saw the tree in person. We have other projects coming up and Rodriguez Handyman will be the first we call to quote!
