The Most Thorough and Best Home Inspection I've ever had, and I've had many done in the past!!! J. J. just finished doing an inspection on a house I'm now purchasing in Sherman, I was a little worried about buying an order house but fell in Love with it when I saw it. A few hours after he was done with the inspection he called me and my agent and explained in GREAT detail everything about the house. He checked out some things I didn't even think about or had inspected on any house I've ever had inspected! I had a question the next day about the proper way to do ventilation on a water heater so I called the office at 5:00 pm and the lady I spoke with said she would give him the message; within a few hours he called me back and emailed my agent the building code and a diagram explaining in detail how it was to be done! He said me from what could have been a dangerous problem. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting him in person yet but I would highly recommend him to EVERYONE PURCHASING A House.
