ABC is an excellent company. We had a new build inspected and several important issues were found. We were able to get the items to the attraction of the builder before closing. I cannot imagine the problems we would have had without the thoroughness of JJ. We highly recommend ABC. We are working quickly to close on a home in Coppell and reached out to Angel based on his excellent reviews. He truly lived up to the hype. He was able to inspect the house within 24 hours of our request and spent a thorough 3 to 4 hours going over every detail, even climbing up on the roof. There is an upcharge to include a pool inspection, but we added it because it is always better to be safe than sorry. Angel noticed things we never would have even thought to look for. After the inspection, he took the time to personally walk us through the report, answering all of our questions, and then sent a detailed copy with photos just a few hours later. You really cannot put a price on peace of mind. Highly recommend!

The Most Thorough and Best Home Inspection I've ever had, and I've had many done in the past!!! J. J. just finished doing an inspection on a house I'm now purchasing in Sherman, I was a little worried about buying an order house but fell in Love with it when I saw it. A few hours after he was done with the inspection he called me and my agent and explained in GREAT detail everything about the house. He checked out some things I didn't even think about or had inspected on any house I've ever had inspected! I had a question the next day about the proper way to do ventilation on a water heater so I called the office at 5:00 pm and the lady I spoke with said she would give him the message; within a few hours he called me back and emailed my agent the building code and a diagram explaining in detail how it was to be done! He said me from what could have been a dangerous problem. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting him in person yet but I would highly recommend him to EVERYONE PURCHASING A House. JJ Semidey at ABC Inspections is great to work with! It seems with most inspectors they either want to beat the house up or they are lazy in their reporting, but not JJ. He provides you with a very factual report but can explain it to the client in the way they can understand...whether it be the buyer or seller that needs clarification.
