This is for a second home purchase we made in Oklahoma. We set the appointment for today 05/23/22. Living in both Ovilla, Texas and Oklahoma it's difficult to find new companies to trust in Oklahoma. With that being said, so grateful to give this company a try. As my dear mother-in-law use to say, "If something doesn't work out, it only means something better will come along." Robert's Heating & Air, never replied to my voicemail I left on 05/13/22. So something 100 times better came along. Texoma Maintenance & Refrigeration to the rescue. Our service tech Dustin R. was an amazing tech who fixed our unit and made a us a LIFETIME customer. We knew per the home inspection we would need to replace this unit fairly soon. And Dustin will be our choice to install when the time comes. My spouse usually fixes our units but since his hand has been messed up it's time for us to turn this job over to the experts. And what an amazing choice we made. I am so elated about finding this company out of Durant, Oklahoma. Not only is Dustin an epic service tech, but also a wonderful representative for Texoma Maintenance & Refrigeration. Sincerely humble, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Not many employees acknowledge how they enjoy their job and are grateful to be employed. He praised his boss Teddy, and was so thankful for his employment. This alone speaks volumes. Thank you, Teddy, Shelia, and Dustin, much appreciation to this amazing team.

They tried to sell me a $50,000 chimney and an $11,000 wood stove. The rep told me he was unable to do an inspection due to baffles in the chimney for a blower. You'd think a reputable chimney company would have seen these before ,but apparently they have not. It's 2 months later and the owner continues to text me after 10:00pm wanting me to pay them $200 for an inspection THEY NEVER DID. Do not use this company!
