On the day the install was schedule a crew of 6 arrived promptly as scheduled to disconnect the old system and install the new system. In around 6 hours the new "state of the art" system was installed and up and running cooling the house down as fast as we've ever seen in. The crew cleaned up perfectly showed us how the system works and thanked us for trusting Milestone. The next day, another crew from Milestone arrived to clean our ducts which hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years. My wife and I can only imagine what they found in the ducts. The cleaning job took around 2 hours. The crew was very efficient and ensured everything was covered around the ducts that were being cleaned.
