I needed them 3 times inside of a month with some different items, and in every item they were careful with the details of what they had to accomplish, explained everything well, and solved every electrical need I presented them with. Webb's is a high quality, class service provider in Sherman. I am visiting my mother right now. She had to leave for a few days. I stayed behind. The A/C stopped cooling last night. It is extremely hot right now in Texas. 100 degrees plus. I called Webb's this morning and by 3:30 p.m., I had cold air blowing again. The bill was very close to what I anticipated. Webb Sanderson is a quality person with a quality service to those living in the Texoma area. They are highly reputable, trusted, responsible and dependable. You can take comfort when you call them. Webb's Electric is fantastic! They've cared for my home for the last 15 years. They make recommendations and help you determine what your best, and most economical option will be. I referred them to a family member who had another company install a unit. When the new unit had trouble, and it was 100 degrees, with a new baby, the other company couldn't get to the house for several days. Webb's crew showed up the same day, diagnosed the problem, and even helped with the warranty on a unit they didn't install. Top quality company! read more

I was very pleased with the service I received from Kyle and Chris. They were on time, came out the same day I called, and knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed my ac the same day I called. They replaced two capacitors. Total cost for parts according to invoice was about $400. Now the parts sell on Amazon for $35 so figure $365 was labor. I'm not sure bc the invoice listed $250 and $153 for each capacitor. 2 total. This is my only gripe. I would use them again but I'd ask next time that they list labor cost separately. read more

The technicians were both courteous and performed professional work that helped to get our power back on safely and swiftly. Hands down most reliable, affordable and honest company I have ever dealt with. I had a company out of Dallas quote me over $15k for new inside and outside unit. Being shocked at the price I was referred to Webb. He quoted a higher grade carrier unit for almost half price. Installation was great and the unit is amazing. The fact I almost paid more than twice as much for an inferior unit blew me away. I will be a loyal customer to Webb's for life! read more
