I received a message from All Seasons they were booked out as well. I went to bed thinking, I'll just let my property manager handle it in the morning and even sent an email stating so. To my surprise, I got a message via Yelp from All Seasons to call and book a service schedule. I called and was able to schedule for an opening they had the next day. The air conditioning is working again, and the tenants and I couldn't be happier! Well... more so for the tenant than me - as any property owner can attest. But things do break and are in need of repair! If you are looking around for an HVAC company and have rentals in the Denison/Sherman area, please consider All Seasons. I can't speak on costs because I have no other HVAC companies to compare them to. I do know they charge $99 for a call out. More times than not, things stop working unexpectedly. All I know is All Seasons responded and the tenant has a working AC unit again. That is what matters most. Thank you, Marcy and the All Seasons team. God bless!!

Randy could've sold us a bigger system than we needed but was honest and told me we didn't need one that big. He made us a priority and worked us into the schedule the next day. Plus the extra vents we added. They went none stop for 12hrs! Great price and even better service! Thanks again Randy/Markle & Sons and Kenny & Tim too!

They are friendly on the phone and prompt, but the first thing they do is examine the work and then tell you the price -- and then ask you to sign a contract that you will pay that amount. This seems like a fair way to do business, but it's not. What you do not know is that their pricing is ridiculously high. In my particular example, I was charged $350 for (and I'm not exaggerating) 15 minutes of work. It was a trivial job and they should have told me that. Instead, they relied on me being an unsophisticated home-owner who wants the problem solved and is too naïve to believe that any reputable plumber would grossly overcharge. When the work is done and you're like, "What? You're charging me that amount for a few minutes work," they remind you that you signed a contract. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never do business with this company again. Not only do I feel ripped off and taken advantage of by this transaction, but now I'm suspicious of every repair company. Contrast this with another plumbing repair I recently had. My garbage disposal was jammed. On the phone, he estimated it would $300+ depending on the problem. When he came out, he noticed that it was a very simple (2 minute) fix and then, rather than gouging me, said, "I don't feel right charging you our estimated amount. How about a $95 trip charge and $50 for the repair?" So different.

Of course, he fixed the lighting professionally.  Although he was working for almost two hours total, helping to set up the scaffolding, he charged us only for basic lighting jobs. I can tell for sure he is very reliable, professional, knowledgeable and explained thoroughly all the available options. Most importantly, he responded to my text messaging as well as calls right away.
