During the 5 days I asked him to confirm our appointment because I needed to take time off from work. He never confirmed the appointment but just said he will be there. Here I was waiting for this guy to show up. Again, no communication. I messaged him 10 minutes before the scheduled time and he replies he is still planning to come but he is out of town until noon. He said a tree came down somewhere last night and it was an emergency. I would have understood if he had messaged me last night or even early this morning but not informing your client for scheduled appointment delays is a bad business motive. Now I have to find another electrician and now my project will be delayed. Bruce needs to understand that he is not the only person who is busy and has emergencies. I would not recommend Bruce and Thomas's electric company. As you can see from the pictures, Bruce never asked for my phone number nor did I ever provide him my phone number. For him to say thay he tried calling me 3 times explains how he runs his business.

I called Chris and two other mobile service. Chris called back first but I thought I had figured it out myself only to have to A/C quit again. I called Chris again and he said he had two other calls ahead of me but he'd call when he was close. He came prepared for the worst. He had a replacement A/C unit and a lift to get it on the roof. He started by opening the problematic unit on the roof. He worried that it was drawing too many amps. At first he thought bad compressor but he didn't jump to any conclusions. He kept following thing and decide it counts be a bad circuit breaker. Much cheaper to fix than a new A/C. He pulled the breaker which was so hot he could barely hold it. Then he saw the real problem. The buss bar was bent causing a poor connection with the breaker. He straightened the buss and replaced the breaker. He stayed another 45 minutes making sure the solution fixed the problem. I now am comfortable in the sweltering Texas heat and Chris charged a very reasonable fee. If you need RV service in this area he is a honest man.

He sized the panel correctly and I have been very happy. He was never pushy to make me sign the dotted line. He also arranged for good energy loans for the panel.
