I had a problem with my outdoor outlet since two Christmas' ago, and it has not worked following a heavy rainfall. I was in the garage flipping breakers and trying to figure out what to do, and nothing worked. I reached out for an electrician thinking this was a major issue and received several offers to come inspect with a $150 flat fee. But ABR messaged me and said they could likely help me without any cost to me. Wendii is my hero! It was the easiest fix that I didn't even think could be the issue. The day before he came out with his guys and walked the project with his electrician to ensure his guys knew what to do . Great work. From start of communication, through completion of the job was top notch. Had some breakers go bad. Contacted through yelp and they told me they had been recalled and to contact the manufacturer and gave me the info as they should replace them and it would save a few hundred dollars. Well, the manufacturer agreed to send me new breakers, but unfortunately gave me a runaround on actually sending them longer than I had time to wait, so asked if I can just pay for new ones - no problem and they scheduled within the timeframe I needed. Very appreciative that they tried to save me the money first vs just trying to make a few extra bucks selling me breakers. None of the other electricians called this out, despite this being a rather well known issue. Got a text from Jason on the day of the appointment, said he would be an hour early and that worked great. He showed up exactly when he said, was very professional, extremely transparent; showed me everything he was doing and explained it well. James came out with a team member (I believe Jerome was his name) and they quickly tackled the problems that were found during the home inspection with the main electrical panels. He also tested the generator to make sure it kicked on fine when there was no power at the main as well as pointed out some other things to look out for. They have done three separate jobs for us, the last of which was to add accent lighting to some family room cabinets, an entry hall barrel ceiling and in the study. When James came to our home, he gave us some stellar advice ( we were a little unsure as to how we wanted to accomplish our goals), and he even made a couple of cost-saving suggestions that turned out beautifully.
