I asked Tanya about our appointment and she said I can't stop Jan from taking call so we will have to reschedule. I told her that I just have 1 question and it will only take us 10 minutes. Tanya was rude and left her desk till we were there. Ferguson at frisco tx location does not even deserve 1 star . We came back at 3.09 pm without rescheduling because no one was at front desk . Time wasted . I don't know why they gave us appointments if they can't help us during our appointment time.

The new showroom feels like a museum experience. They played great music and the lighting was just perfection. The art that they curated for this was really creative. The large metal Man climbing the rope at the beginning of the entrance was an excellently placed artistic touch. I took so many pictures because it was a draw dropping scene to behold. I'm absolutely excited to bring my clients back. The wood wall vignette was my favorite. Everything in it was gorgeous. They had some really fun fans up that were streamlined and not something I've seen in any other showroom. I like the selection of exquisite lights displayed and also love that they carry the full Hinckley line. Some really innovative and creative items. Lights fantastic for a fabulous remodel and showroom.

He was able to come out quickly, diagnose the issue, and get everything resolved. While he was here, he also took care of another clogged sink in a separate bathroom (gross wife rat tail, don't ask). He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and gave us great recommendations to help prevent future issues. Excellent service from start to finish. We would highly recommend using him again!

They worked in coordination with our painting and drywall company, coming multiple times to make their job easier and to minimize the time we had to live with paint and mess from the popcorn removal. The smart use of technology meant that there where no new wires or holes in our walls. Not only did we get some great new technology, but also saved money over a more traditional installation. Premier Lighting Solutions performed multiple smaller jobs to add all the existing lights in our living areas to our Lutron network, and now we have numerous options to control different zones and create moods throughout our house. All and all a great job.

You now reach a call center and management no longer communicates with customers. Called two weeks ago to inform them that my entire was not being mowed and that I had grass down the center that was at least 3 to 4 inches taller. Gave them two weeks to correct, still not correct- it's now worse, I have strips of tall green grass and burned grass to the soil. Was promised crew would be out on Friday or Saturday to fix. Waited until late Saturday and was then told they were waiting on the crew manager to reach back out to them and they would try for Monday. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the new management team no longer does this. To add insult to injury, they mowed off a sprinkler head in an area they mowed too low. After I shared I recently paid over $400 to have my whole system checked and repaired, they came out within a few days to fix the broken head. When I called Chorbie Weed Treatment, they actually made an effort to keep my business as they now serve as two separate entities. I hired another company to come out and mow properly. Yard looks great again. It's just hard to believe they just let a loyal customer go that fast.

They're honest, kind, and fast, and will continue to be my AC go-to's.

Sadly, the owner of Nick's passed away and this company is now owned by Dunrite. I called that company based on the reviews of Nick's Air Services, but their services has definitely NOT been the same as mentioned on this profile. In summary, this company is expensive, can make improper recommendations, and the office is very difficult to get anyone to call you back. I absolutely would not use them again in the future and - had I read their Yelp profile for Dunrite Heating & Cooling - would never have called them in the first place. My experience: My air conditioning due to leaked refrigerant due to another HVAC technician not correct. Nick's/Dunrite came out during the same day and quickly identified the problem. There was a leak on the schrader valve. They got us back to running - for nearly $200/per pound of refrigerant. 5 lbs = about $1,000. Wow, but we had no choice as my original installer was not available. Our unit has not been keeping up with the 90s for the past two months and the technician recommended 3 different options. I chose 2 of the 3 options: a larger return air duct AND repairing the plenum. I was anxious to get the work scheduled and it took me hounding them to get them to schedule the work. Communicating with this office was very painful. I would never get calls back and would just get a text message indicating when they had scheduled the appointment. Their front desk support was exceedingly helpful but not empowered to do anything besides schedule appointments and pass along info. I finally had the appointment and the technician went to the wrong address. I got a call from them saying they had been at my house and then they proceeded to the next job. I spoke to them and learned they were at the wrong house, but could not turn around to go back to my house. I had to wait until the following week to get the appointment rescheduled. What a disaster. It got worse. The work was finally done - the return air duct and the plenum. I waited a couple of days, but there was NO change in the air conditioning. I called them back again and they scheduled another technician to come out. The second technician came out, a more senior technician, who confirmed that the unit was undersized and "working as it was designed" to cool at 75-76. I don't know a single person who is comfortable with 75-76 in the house when the outside is in the 90s. I called customer service again. When I finally got someone, I got a call from William, who is their most senior technician (an older guys in his late-50s probably). He came out with the original technical and instructed him how to properly do a heat load calculation. They determined indeed the unit is undersized and I needed a 3 ton. I called back the customer service asking for a refund to the work. I've called at least 3-4 times, each time speaking with a very nice person. However, I've still not been called back. What a disaster. I've finally had to resort to filing a complaint with my credit card and disputing it through them. It's unfortunate and I didn't want to have to do this, but - when no one will call you back - it's very very hard to trust this company to make things right.

And it's located at The Shops at Legacy on the top 3rd floor of the parking garage. The station is pretty big! There's about 11 spaces available specifically reserved for Tesla vehicles only. When I showed up there were about three others parked in their car waiting for their vehicles to fully charge. The Supercharger is no longer complimentary to all Tesla owners, if you purchased your Tesla after Dec 2018 you are now charged a small fee for plugging in. Fees are automatically charged to the credit card tied to your Tesla account when you unplug.

After yrs. of trouble with an oven that wouldn't maintain a set temp.-and several appliance repair techs who could not figure it out-a neighbor mentioned that it might be an electrical problem. One of those large electrical companies came out (an hour late)-did no diagnostics-just looked at our breaker box and said the breaker box/panel was all bad and must be replaced. After scaring me-the electrician presented an estimate to replace my entire panel for a "discounted" price of $3200. Since I was in shock-I said I had to think about it. I did more research online to find another electric company to get a second opinion. I called Frisco Electric and was impressed by the professionalism, reassuring tone, and knowledge of the person who answered my call. I had also called two other companies just before calling Frisco Electric-but-wasn't overjoyed with the conversations. The electrician, Aaron, arrived on time and was professional, personable, very knowledgeable, listened to my description of the problem, did several diagnostic tests, and explained to me what he found and did not find. Ultimately Aaron found a loose connection that was most likely causing the problem. He corrected that asap. He did not try to sell me anything else I didn't need. He asked that I please call back if this didn't solve the oven problem once and for all-since it's been a mystery for several years. My oven is now working great thanks to Aaron and Frisco Electric. I will only call Frisco Electric for any of my electrical work and have recommended them to all of my friends and neighbors. Not easy to find such a company these days. I was so pleased that I had them do additional electrical work at my home that I'd been putting off. read more

I called one electric company and they never did get back so I called Frisco Electric and they got back the next day. We had an odd situation where 4-5 lights would work and then wouldn't. Curran was the first lucky guy to come and troubleshoot our issue. The problem for Curran was all the lights we had issues with were working at the time he came out. He spent an approx. 90 minutes troubleshooting but was unable to come up with a solution as all lights were working at the time. I called Frisco Electric a few days later as the lights were not working again. I got a hold of Vanessa and told her the lights were not working and could she have someone out asap as I didn't know if the lights would magically come back on. She got William out within two hours and since the lights were not working he was able to detect our issue. I really appreciate Curran and his efforts, really appreciate Venessa and her efforts to find someone quickly to get to our home and William who was able to troubleshoot our issue and come up with a solution. Thanks to Frisco Electric as I will always go to them for my electrical needs. read more

Used Frisco Electric for the first time and was very pleased. I initially spoke to Vanessa over the phone who was very helpful, kind, and informative. She acknowledged the voicemail I left over the weekend was said she was just about to call me and was familiar with my issue. Another electrician was not even able to come out for another few days to even give an estimate so I appreciated Vanessa's ability to give me a quote over the phone to let me decide whether I wanted to wait another few days to get an estimate or take care of it same day. William came out, on time, and was flexible with my schedule. He installed the fixtures I requested as well as gave some good feedback for other areas of the house where I could have future work. He was courteous, friendly, and I enjoyed talking to him while he did the work. He was respectful of my family and even showed my kids his blinking headlight. I would not hesitate to reach out to Frisco Electric for future work and I would recommend them to anyone. Our house is under contract to sell and we have been working to complete the items listed in the buyers inspection list prior to our closing at the end of the month. Reviewed the Next Door site for our neighborhood and noted the Frisco Electric was the highest rated electrical contractor in our neighborhood. Called and spoke to Vanessa, who was very helpful, but her crews were booked out through the next week. We were needing to complete our repairs pretty quickly, so she said she would put us on the list for an cancellations that might occur. The next morning, she called me back and let me know they had a cancellation and could have a Tech at our house with the hour! The Tech, Bruce, called and let me know he was on the way. Bruce was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new light switch that eliminated the issue noted on buyers inspection list. This was great service! Vanessa and Bruce recognized our need to get this done quickly and correctly. I would highly recommend Frisco Electrical if you need the job done right! read more

We reached out to Frisco Electric for work and requested that the technician arrive with a mask and gloves due to COVID19. There was a brief possibility that our appointment would be pushed back, but Vanessa was courteous and efficient in communicating with us the availability and they were even able to send a tech the next day with the requested PPE. William called before coming to the house to let us know he was on the way and arrived a little early! He was professional, explained what he was testing for and what was needed to resolve the issue. He also answered many random questions about wiring and electricity asked by the homeowner patiently. :-) It was a pleasure to use their service and both Vanessa and William were great at communicating with us throughout the entire process. Thank you to Kevin for coming out and going above and beyond on our electrical issues! These builders don't really do their jobs right in the first place so we have had to call Vanessa twice to send out Kevin for unbelievable issues with our faulty wiring. But Kevin found several issues in four different outlets thus far! He didn't stop at two, he rechecked the problem we had last time and found yet another issue waiting to happen. Builders can take crazy shortcuts and don't take pride in their work. We cannot see what's behind our walls and apparently the inspectors don't check this out! To no avail, Kevin did extraordinary work and resolved our work in record time. I feel comfortable having him in my home, they reasonable prices and are trustworthy! My electrician recently retired and I went looking for a new provider. Fortunately, I found Frisco Electric! My appointments were coordinated by Vanessa, who did a great job on the phone and texting, including weekend coverage. Kevin was my electrician and quickly understood my plans. The project involved setting up a generator connection with transfer switch, including some custom aspects to be solar-ready. I'm thrilled to have this project off my to-do list and be prepared for the next storm. If you are even considering a generator for backup power, you have options. Don't break the bank - consider a portable generator that runs on propane and a connection straight into your panel. Don't mess with extension cords when you can make your life easier! Having some exterior lighting done on our home and the vendor uses Frisco Electric, if the owner does not have their own electrician. Kevin of Frisco Electric called me 45 minutes ahead of his scheduled arrival and was prompt in meeting the arrival time. Kevin was extremely professional and went out of his way to answer any questions we had. His work was fantastic and completed in a timely manner. We inquired about some additional work we wanted done and Kevin was able to provide us with some instant feedback, as well as installing an additional outlet on the spot. For someone new to the area, we found our Go-To Electrical service, in Frisco Electric. I contacted Frisco Electric to install a chandelier in our kitchen nook. First, they actually answered the phone when I called. Second, they were able to give me a quote rather quickly. Finally, my job was immediately scheduled and completed. Bruce was the technician that installed our chandelier. He was very professional and careful in his work. He was also patient when I wanted to change the height of the chandelier after it was installed. Not only was he excellent in his work, but he was also very kind person :) I will be calling Frisco Electric today to help us with another project. Excellent service. My problem was fixed within an hour of calling it in. Vanessa took my call; we discussed my problem with a bad circuit -- GFCI would not reset. She listened well, asked me a few good clarifying questions and got a clear understanding of my electrical problem. Curren showed up at my house 15 minutes later, did some quick diagnostics, and found the cause of the problem all within 10 minutes. Ten more minutes and the problem was fixed. Curren put things back together neatly, left no mess, and tested that his fix restored things down line. I enjoyed his mix of professionalism, skill, and friendliness. This is the second time in 4 years that Frisco Electric and Curren have done excellent work at my home. I recommend them strongly. read more

Our christmas lights went out last night, and I went around checking all the GFCI plugs. One of them wouldn't reset, so we also lost power for our water heater. Frisco Electric not only responded super-fast when I called them today, but they sent out William who was simply outstanding. He quickly determined the lights and GFCI were completely different situations, fixed the problem, and showed me where it was actually the lights that had the problem, so we are having the christmas lights installation company fix that as well. Williams was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy, so we truly appreciate him and Frisco Electric for taking care of us when we have so much else on our plates right now. I normally don't write reviews but I have to give a shout-out to Frisco Electric for their quick service. Our A/C unit upstairs quit working last weekend. Turned out it was a circuit breaker issue. Having high school kids doing online school and their setup being upstairs we needed that A/C to work sooner than later! I spoke to Venessa late in the afternoon and she was extremely helpful! She was very understanding and told me she could have someone out first thing the morning. Kevin was at my door at 8:30. He explained to me what was going on and fixed the problem quickly. He was very professional and efficient. By 9:00 the upstairs had cooled for classes to start. I highly recommend Frisco Electric! read more

This is a 5-star Diamond team! It started with Vanessa scheduling my appointment with kindness, promptness, and knowledge of what I was needing to get done with my complicated, massive chandelier. Kevin and Zane arrived at my home promptly and as scheduled, Kevin & Zane were very professional, polite, and respectful of my home. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about wiring up my multilight chandeliers which had varying heights for each light. They were quick, and neat and made sure the area was clean when they left. FANTASTIC SERVICE! After blowing an outlet, we contacted Frisco Electric and spoke to Vanessa who immediately addressed our concerns. She gave us an estimate of charges and told us she could have someone to our home in McKinney in 20 minutes. William, our technician, arrived right on time and wearing a mask. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the outlet in a timely manner. What a wonderful experience. He was very professional sharing his knowledge. We recently moved into our new place which needed some electrical work inside and outside the house. We received quotes from multiple vendors but none came close to the pricing offered by Frisco Electric. William did a fantastic job of explaining the pricing details for each line item within the quote. On the scheduled day, William arrived on time and was extremely efficient throughout the day, ensuring that the work was completed on time. Wonderful experience with Frisco Electric across the board! Vanessa was polite and prompt with getting us on the books and even calling us back to take someone else's cancellation. Curren came out right away and fixed our issue in the kitchen and answered all my first time home owner electrical questions. A week later we had an issue with our Christmas lights and the plug they went into. We called and asked for Curren but another tech, William, was able to come same day. My husband and I will definitely be repeat customers of Frisco Electric. Vanessa was very professional and helpful with scheduling. William our technician did a outstanding job. He explained what needed to be done at our home very well. He has a friendly and positive attitude. At one point, he had to go back and forth to the store because we decided to do some additional work at the last minute, but he took care of the work promptly and efficiently. William and Kevin came to our home today to install new light fixtures, set up our media room for a larger flatscreen TV, and install a new wall mount for a TV in our workout room. They were friendly, efficient, and extremely concerned about cleanup. They even moved the furniture that we didn't know needed to be moved to accommodate their ladders and moved and furniture back to the exact same placement without any direction from us. I CAN NOT recommend this company highly enough for all your home electric needs. We will DEFINITELY have them out again as we update more lighting fixtures and add ceiling fans in our home. read more

Mr Sparky came out, replaced the one beeping, no charge. Now they say I have to pay to replace the defective ones because the warranty ran out one month ago! I argued that they put in defective ones, why didn't they replace them all at once instead of letting my warranty expire? No, they only replace them when the battery goes out. These type of smoke detectors don't have a 9-volt that can be replaced. Supervisor John Whitfield, Customer Value Manager at Mister Sparky got snappy with me so I called the police. His worker walked out and drove away without replacing anything. So, this company doesn't care about pleasing customers, just ripping them off. Be careful of wolves in sheep's clothing.
