They now have a very affordable monthly subscription which I highly recommend. The discount in the first service need has already paid for itself for the year and with more projects planned I am certain it is a value deal. Our lights recently went out on Christmas day and the next day we called, they came, and fixed. They even helped us replace a bulb as they had a taller ladder.
