I would like to retract my review and say I was contacted by the Owner and told him what happened and he without me even requesting said they would refund my money and that the technician told him the same thing I told him. First of all this means the Owner reads the reviews and takes them seriously as well as takes the time to find out what if anything went wrong from both the customer and his technician. That's good business. So to conclude I would use this company again and will. Thank you

I have nothing negative to say about Heffley's after the installation of two pellet stoves in my…read morehomes. Both installations were on time and professional. With the second purchase, I forgot to order the log kit insert, so I paid for it on site at the time of installation. With a trip out of town, I forgot to go pick them up at the store. When temperatures fell this week and I fired up the stove for the first time, I realized MY error. Now, five months later, called the shop and spoke with the now 'new' owners who immediately provided me with the logs. Exceptional service in that they had no record of that previous purchase, but went above and beyond to make this customer happy. They could have easily, and rightly so, had me pay again for the logs. We will continue to use and recommend Heffley's, without reservation!
