Brandon came out after a couple of weeks of trying to get a hold of him. He said he should be able to install a blower as there was electrical already there. He said he would get back to me the next week...that was two months ago. I have tried contacting him several times since then but he will not respond to any messages. I am highly disappointed! With the second purchase, I forgot to order the log kit insert, so I paid for it on site at the time of installation. With a trip out of town, I forgot to go pick them up at the store. When temperatures fell this week and I fired up the stove for the first time, I realized MY error. Now, five months later, called the shop and spoke with the now 'new' owners who immediately provided me with the logs. Exceptional service in that they had no record of that previous purchase, but went above and beyond to make this customer happy. They could have easily, and rightly so, had me pay again for the logs. After calling twice leaving a message on their voice-mail, I did not receive a response. I contacted them again through Facebook again with no response until a received a call a few days later to schedule an appointment. I took off work for the afternoon of the appointment to meet them, however, no one ever showed. I called several times while waiting and dropped another message on Facebook.
