I saw Mr. Morrison's business recommended by a few people on my local FB page and am so glad I called for a second opinion. He educates you on the system so you understand his recommendations. He utilizes quality parts and charges very fair rates. We, in fact, did not need a pump out but did need several parts adjusted. He also noted potential future work, and sited how and where issues were likely coming from so we could plan what we want to do about it when. We really appreciated his expertise and thoroughness!

I am happy to recommend him to anyone needing any type of septic work/inspection.

They gave my son a quote for $800.00 which is reasonable for a complicated fix. To quote a price before they even see what the work entails they show up and have you sign off on the work. I've never had a company do that. I had them out last year to do a quick job on my water heater. They have a $50.00 call out fee and charged for time and materials. My total charge was around $250.00 which is reasonable. This was not an emergency call which is usually a bit more. When I called the company the manager wouldn't even talk to me, they had their receptionist relay the message. This girl was so rude and their only resolution they offered was to come back and undo the work they did. They should be ashamed of themselves. Buyer Beware with this bunch!
