I scheduled a service online…read moreand followed up by phone to ensure someone would come out to assess multiple items: sprinkler repair, aerator check, and septic pumping. Instead, they sent a driver with only a pumping truck, who didn't know about the other issues and could only pump the septic. For the sprinkler issue, I received a generic and overpriced quote (~$500) to install two new heads when I simply needed one reinstalled. Worse, I was told I'd have to accept that quote just to get a technician to diagnose the real problem. When I called to clarify, I was informed I'd need to pay $150 for a visit to assess the issue -- which is exactly what I thought I had already scheduled. To top it off, their truck damaged my driveway. I've attached a picture and will be sharing this experience on other platforms to help others avoid the same. Disappointing service overall.

They admitted that a regulator is a must, and not an option. Gas from a propane tank is under high pressure and not having a regulator can, with an ignition source, cause a fire or explosion. The Samsung range we purchased with it's safety valve and regulator shut things down so we thought there was a problem with the range, I appreciate Stephany Underwood who, at first, defended her company but then stepped up to accept responsibility and do the right thing. They did reimburse me the costs of having another company install a regulator. Integrity is the integration of what one believes, with what one says, with how one acts. In this instance, Underwood has acted with integrity whish is in there motto.

We got another company to come out and they made a report saying the return lines were improperly installed and all three trash was going to the clean tanks with the filters causing the filters to get clogged and the pump to continually run and I sent that to them and they have YET to address it. Just really disappointing cause we trusted them and have paid tens of thousands to them for all of our systems and every single one in use has a issue. At the time he booked the appointment he told the person scheduling that he wouldn't be there but for them to go ahead and pump it. Nothing was said. So today, they came and my husband was not there. He got a phone call from the office that he was suppose to be there and they wanted payment right now. He told them he didnt have a credit card to pay it. I did and I am at work. So he called me and I called A-1 with a credit card to pay for it. (Most places would just bill you around here and there was no mention it had to be paid right then or I would have gotten them paid before). Anyway, the girl that answered the phone acted likely she didn't know what I was talking about. Then she said Oh well your husband wasn't there so it's going back in!" and laughed!!! I said well I have the credit card. She said well I only had his phone number and I called him. I told her well im calling to give it to you. She said well too late we are dumping it back in.
