I ordered 4 items and shipped them to A plus vacuum I sent my supervisor to pick them up and asked about them they claimed they never arrived. An $80.00 Stick blender A $15.00 thermometer a $22.00 oil sprayer and a $125.00 bag. The shipping verification said Mr. Richards the owner signed for it. When I contacted him he said he was no longer and Amazon counter and had returned all the items. I said fine. But none of the items were returned. When I called again the woman on the phone said Amazon had returned all my money why was I concerned. (leading me to believe they do this all the time) I told her that the $125.00 bag was a third party seller and I would not be reimbursed. I asked what happened to the bag and she said Mr. Richards would return my call. NOW They just hang up since that they have my phone number. These people obviously stole all my stuff. If this is how they run a business you should be very wary. If they will blatantly steal from me they will steal from you.
