He came out several times and never fixed the issue and broke my water dispenser on top of it. He is avoiding my calls and the last two appointments that were scheduled, he never showed up or called for an explanation. Don't ever do business with this guy. He will take your money, damage your property and you'll never hear from him again.

He has no voicemail offered but did call me back the day I reached out. He was able to come by later that day to service my dryer. He diagnosed it, asked for the cost of the parts and a service charge up front, and said he would return the following day or two when the parts arrived and I would owe the balance. I waited 3 business days and started replying to texts that he had sent on the original visit. Nothing. Called, and texted, on day 5, nothing. Texted on day 10...surprise, nothing. Texted on day 14 giving him until today to reply or I would put this very negative experience out there. Still nothing. I sincerely hope he's okay but at this point I'm a victim of a scam of almost $200. Kind of sad. I'm now of the opinion that, regardless of the size of the company, I will no longer pay upfront. Kind of sucks since cashflow is tough on the small guys.

They were so good about telling what might be the problem. it was froze up and fan wasn't running. They told me to get everything out because they had to get in the back of the freezer. They would be back Monday. we did as asked and after it thaw out, I plugged it in and it is running now. if I ever had any more problems with an of my appliances, they are the ones I will call.
