stuart was great fast diagnosed and fast repair friendly my problem is with sears cant get a real person set appointment time from 7a.m. to 6:pm they schedule to many customers to 1 person so they dont have time to get to all the customers and we have to sit here waitng all day when have stuff that needs taken care of because we work to have had to wait before on service from sears several days this needs changing for real person to talk to and not have to wait alllllll day to get repaired. also had oven replaced but didnt notice was put in crooked been awhile so now if i want done right have to pay again for them to come fix right thru american home shield not doing it. this has nothing to do with stuart he was great did everything right give hi 5 big stars read more

The Service Technician was very knowledgeable about what the problem appeared and tested to be. He was very quick to get the part ordered and it was received in just three days. He arrived much earlier than expected on day of scheduled service. It was great watching all he had to do just to get to the broken part and replaced it and had it up and running in less than 1 1/2 hours.
