I have lived all over Texas and Oklahoma and never have I had such horrible customer service form…read morean energy company power has been out for two nights and I know where the downed power line is and they won't come and fix it. The downed power line is in silo Oklahoma in a place where it usually goes down and they refuse to address the issue with a long term solution. Every time the power goes out they just put a band aid on it and leave the people in rural southeastern Oklahoma in the dark. The worst part is that they won't even answer the phone. Hopefully they see this and take corrective action rather than let all of our food spoil. Thankfully we have propane to keep us warm.

The young man said he would schedule it and I assumed it would be delivered today. At 3:30 pm I called to inquire if it would be delivered today and was informed it would be 6 days later on Monday. I asked him to cancel my order because I needed it much sooner and I would have to get it somewhere else. Within a few minutes, he called me back and informed me that that he had canceled my account because I had "threatened" him. I apologized to him twice to no avail because I only canceled due to needing LPG much sooner and told him so. I have been a loyal customer for many years but it still fell on deaf ears. I had to schedule delivery from another dealer for tomorrow and paid an "emergency fee" of $300.00 for the expedited delivery. I truly like Red River Farm Coop but am very puzzled as to why I was treated this way.

When I upgraded to a 27' cabin cruiser, I had to upgrade to a GMC Yukon XL (aka suburban). I didn't try it but I think there was a snowball's chance in hell I was going to be able to make that work at my existing storage facility. Enter Secure RV. This place is primarily designed for storing RVs so the rows are nice and wide and the parking spots are too. This makes picking up and dropping off the boat a breeze. This facility has 24-hour access with your own passcode. Rates were about $60 for outside parking, and $120 for covered parking. Parking spots are 10 x 30 or something like that. If you have an RV they have an onsite mechanic and various other services.

One of the things I hate about Home Depot is that you can NEVER FIND staff to help. Anyway, at Lowes you can get help when needed. They are dog friendly so I take my 3 wiener dogs on every visit. I also use the Lowes app which is user friendly. You can create your profile and automatically add your military discount, etc to your profile. Make sure you check the app because you earn rewards based on your purchases. You can use the app to apply the reward and bill your credit card. The app also has a search feature so you can find the exact aisle and bin location. It works great!
