At one point I finally started moving furniture to the door to try and get them motivated. I had to leave before they were done loading. The two movers were so unprofessional I called in other family members to be present so that I felt my family and belongings would be safe. Paid the company just so the two movers would leave intending to speak with the owner. Have spoken with him twice each time with him promising to 'look into it'. On top of their unprofessionalism they moved barely half of the rooms over which I received a quote for.

This check was never presented for payment, it appears the wife of Bryan tried to deposit this check by copying the check for deposit. The amount was over Bryan's limit, so was not honored!!! When Bryan stormed my door he indicated he had to pay a fee of $25. for the bounced check?? I quickly reimbursed him, but he still rambled on and on. There was MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT!, nor had the check been stamped "Non-sufficient funds"?? I gave Bryan the number of my branch manager, which he refused to call. Not to mention he charged me $1000.00 more than quoted due to mileage?? A good business man would know the mileage, gas price, etc, before he quoted the price!! I would never recommend this Company - PS Bryan, you owe me $25.00!!!!!

Furniture was placed in the wrong rooms, boxes were not adequately cared for - there was tens of thousands worth of damage to antiques and glassware, glass table tops were broken and damaged, and some wood furniture was broken. When we moved across country, we hired them to pack our pods and they went above and beyond to help us out when we underestimated the amount of furniture we had to move. Because they did such a great job, I recommended them to my mom for her move. Also, they said unless I gave them a 5-star rating they would not provide support in the claim process so I ended up giving the rating. Later when the claim process started they denied that they had done the damage. I really appreciate not to pick these movers for any of your moving services.

This company moved a neighbor of mine. They sent a huge semitrailer truck to move them (my…read moreneighbor stated they didn't need that huge of a truck to move the items they wanted moved). Our neighborhood streets are not built to accommodate a huge semi and when the driver tried to make a sharp right-hand turn onto our street, the truck ripped a branch and pulled another branch with it off of our 30 year old red oak tree. The branches were pulled to the ground and across the street blocking traffic in all but one small lane. The branches were 14 feet above the road. I called the owner, Red Byboth and left a message on his cell phone that I wanted to be reimbursed for having to call a tree trimming company to remove the branches. When I called the owner, Red Byboth, he had one of his employees call me 4 days later stating our branches damaged his truck and wanted us to reimburse them. If ind this tactic disturbing. Instead of calling me and discussing it, he avoided the issue and attacked us. I would never use a company that has so little empathy for damages caused by its own employees. The driver obviously did not do any preparation to find the BEST ROUTE into our neighborhood. If he had, he would have come a completely different route and avoided the sharp turn onto our street.
