They were so good about telling what might be the problem. it was froze up and fan wasn't running. They told me to get everything out because they had to get in the back of the freezer. These people should not be in business. They are dishonest. They listed as an Amazon counter. I…read moretravel for work so I needed a place to ship my amazon orders. i have done this at several locations without issue. I ordered 4 items and shipped them to A plus vacuum I sent my supervisor to pick them up and asked about them they claimed they never arrived. An $80.00 Stick blender A $15.00 thermometer a $22.00 oil sprayer and a $125.00 bag. The shipping verification said Mr. Richards the owner signed for it. When I contacted him he said he was no longer and Amazon counter and had returned all the items. I said fine. But none of the items were returned. When I called again the woman on the phone said Amazon had returned all my money why was I concerned. (leading me to believe they do this all the time) I told her that the $125.00 bag was a third party seller and I would not be reimbursed. I asked what happened to the bag and she said Mr. Richards would return my call. NOW They just hang up since that they have my phone number. These people obviously stole all my stuff. If this is how they run a business you should be very wary. If they will blatantly steal from me they will steal from you.

We got scammed into paying and signing off on service done before they even started the job. We had…read morea leak under the house that turned out to be a 10 minute fix. They gave my son a quote for $800.00 which is reasonable for a complicated fix. To quote a price before they even see what the work entails they show up and have you sign off on the work. I've never had a company do that. I had them out last year to do a quick job on my water heater. They have a $50.00 call out fee and charged for time and materials. My total charge was around $250.00 which is reasonable. This was not an emergency call which is usually a bit more. When I called the company the manager wouldn't even talk to me, they had their receptionist relay the message. This girl was so rude and their only resolution they offered was to come back and undo the work they did. They should be ashamed of themselves. Buyer Beware with this bunch! Don't take their quote until the work is done. How does anyone know what the job entails unless they have seen the problem. Total Scam.

Update to my initial review for the service received at Air Experts from Friday. Today I spoke…read morewith Casey, and as I expected, he is still arguing that the contract says "such and such" regarding discounts applied and that they are not willing (actually he stated that he CANNOT change the refund) to refund the remaining $76 of the money that was quoted to me by Alyssa ($298.50). I am also aware that the discount Casey is refusing to return to me is something that HAS NEVER been done in the past, when a customer cancels the service contract. So this is inaccurate that Casey cannot refund the remaining $76, I called last week and checked with them before I decided to cancel the agreement. I know that Casey is new to this position and he is unfamiliar with how previous transactions have been handled. I asked Casey why is he arguing with me about the $76 difference, he stated "I am not arguing with you". Okay if he wasn't arguing with me, then why is he not writing me a check for $76, because of the quote given to me by Alyssa? I sure hope that the $76 that Casey is refusing to give me is worth the loss of business. I let Casey know that my poor review would remain because HE REFUSES to return the amount that I was promised. A quote is a quote, so beware if you are quoted numbers in the future, you might want to get it in writing or either record the conversation. They do not honor verbal quotes! Thank you.
