He diagnosed it, asked for the cost of the parts and a service charge up front, and said he would return the following day or two when the parts arrived and I would owe the balance. I waited 3 business days and started replying to texts that he had sent on the original visit. Nothing. Called, and texted, on day 5, nothing. Texted on day 10...surprise, nothing. Texted on day 14 giving him until today to reply or I would put this very negative experience out there. Still nothing. I sincerely hope he's okay but at this point I'm a victim of a scam of almost $200. Kind of sad. I'm now of the opinion that, regardless of the size of the company, I will no longer pay upfront. Kind of sucks since cashflow is tough on the small guys.
