We finally resolved ourselves to the pair received and eventually received a refund. One year later I am finding that my new house is always filled with dust. Why? Well, today I discovered that the 4" round dryer hose is not fully attached to an oval-shaped vent. Aldridge jimmy-rigged the hose to stay semi attached, allowing dryer dust and air to escape into the laundry room and eventually throughout the house. I went to Home Depot and found the oval to round attachment. No more floating dust particles escaping from the dryer hose. Alldridge Allhome needs to provide better service.

I tried following up with Aldridge but the phone was never answered and no one ever called me back. I got one email from them that said "We will be in touch soon." Not confirming the 1/2/23 appointment or giving any further indication of when the actual service would be performed. Their answering system has a days old message about week before Christmas 12/19/22 closure. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this place. In the meantime I fixed the dryer myself with a $3 fuse after watching a YouTube video and cleaning my dryer vent.
