They informed me I should expect a technician notification around 10:30am with an ETA. Edgar was the local technician that responded, and he was very courteous, informative, and professional. The issue was resolved within 20 minutes of his arrival. Based on this one experience, I would recommend their service.

Estimator: Eric was hands down the most efficient and straightforward estimator I met during the bidding process (I spoke with about 7 vendors). He inspected the job thoroughly, knew exactly what I needed, and had a clear price ready within 5-10 minutes. After a couple of minor tweaks, the final estimate was prepared quickly, and I was able to sign with confidence. Office Team: Michele and Veronica provided outstanding customer service and follow-up. A great example--when I requested the permit around 5 PM the evening before installation, they sent it to me within minutes so I could have it posted in my window for HOA compliance. That kind of responsiveness speaks volumes. Installation Crew: Installation day was truly impressive. The crew, led by Jerry (the foreman), arrived just before 9:30 AM. Jerry first asked where he could park to avoid inconveniencing us or our neighbors--a small but thoughtful gesture. He then explained the plan while his team of four immediately got to work like an F1 pit crew. * Within an hour, the old furnace and condenser were removed. * Each team member worked in sync without wasted time, constant chatter, or distractions. * Pipes were bent perfectly, wires were zip-tied neatly, insulation was taped and sealed, and they cleaned as they went along. * They didn't even seem to stop for lunch--just steady, focused, detailed work all day. The quality of the installation exceeded expectations: * Gas line brought to the front for easy access * Gas trap installed * New drip pan with cutoff float * 4-inch filter upgrade * New supports, hangers, and plywood for the zone switch (instead of mounting it directly on the unit) * Ducts re-routed for efficiency and to give me more attic storage space * Everything vacuumed and cleaned upstairs, downstairs, and in the attic before they left At the end, Jerry took the time to walk me through every detail of the work--no rushing out the door. It was clear they take pride in their craftsmanship. Overall: This is the kind of experience that restores faith in contractors. Professional, efficient, and detail-oriented from the first call to the last sweep of the vacuum. Out of the 7 vendors I considered, Airview AC stood out in every way. Another company tried to pressure me with a "take it or leave it" ultimatum, and I'm so glad I went with Airview instead. To my neighbor who recommended them--thank you. To Airview AC--you deserve to be on Trane's website as a preferred installer. Words can't express my gratitude. Highly recommend--save yourself time and call Airview AC. God bless this team and God bless America.

The woman in the office was polite and heard me out, the gentleman in the office was not very friendly and a bit rude. I called for a service in the morning earlier in January and was told I would get a call back if someone was available to stop by. I never received that call back where I could ask for service rates but somebody showed up at my door later that morning. They opened my unit up and found no issues, this took all of 25 minutes including the drive over to my house. I politely asked over the phone when I received an invoice for a full 1 hour service call if they would drop it to a half hour and they said they can't, it's policy to charge a full hour minimum for a service call. Well, I was never made aware of policy because I never received a call back to ask any further questions. I went in to speak to someone in person about this and like I said, the woman was very polite. The man in the office said "No, we've been doing it this way for years and we aren't going to change for you." I wrote them a check and left. If I was made aware of the $125 minimum I probably wouldn't have had anyone out due to the nature of my issue or I would have at least been able to agree with the cost. This isn't the way I would treat my local customers, I'll be going anywhere but Baker for my HVAC needs in the future.

We have called to try and figured out why the septic for our shop has been overflowing into our office entrance way and they keep blaming on other variables. I've paid Plummer's to come out to confirm we have no issues with out plumbing and other septic companies who have came out and confirmed that it was improper installation yet slaughter will not take any responsibility and has blocked our number so we can't even call to tell them the issues we are having with a NEW septic system that is still under warranty. We have sh*t water going into our office entrance and crawfish coming to entrance due to water overflowing from the septic in 95 degree weather when there has been no rain for days Worst customer service Do NOT use this company. Now that we are filing reports with the county we are being told that many people have this issue with Scott slaughter. That when he is taking your money to install its all good but once he gets the money he could care less to finish the job the correct way. The owner is very unprofessional hanging up on us and not evening trying to address the issue We are business owners ourself and we understand mistakes happen but we do our part to try and resolve it and make it right for our customers especially when they paid for a service and slaughter seems to be the complete opposite where he could care less once he gets paid The system at our house, we were told that it needed to be pumped cause of dog fur (installed LESS than a year ago) and the guy tells us our warranty won't cover it and if the pump goes out it's on us. After calling that to be BS they had someone else come out and say it's from sludge and they weren't sure how it happened. We got another company to come out and they made a report saying the return lines were improperly installed and all three trash was going to the clean tanks with the filters causing the filters to get clogged and the pump to continually run and I sent that to them and they have YET to address it. Just really disappointing cause we trusted them and have paid tens of thousands to them for all of our systems and every single one in use has a issue. Chose any other company if you're looking for septic work. Literally a donkey could do a better job at the point. Atleast he'd have a reason to why is work is so unprofessional.
