Conductive electric failed to do a thorough review of my electric system. They said it was old and…read moreneeded to be replaced. I agree. They told me it was burnt behind the meter box but it wasn't. As it turns out it just needed two fuses from Home Depot for 12 bucks. Instead I was sent a quote for 3500-4000 for a whole new system. This is a contractor I would steer clear of. I had a master electrician review it and fix it for a couple of fuses. $170.00 service fee The contractor also didn't tell me they were going to charge me for the troubleshooting but they did. They charged me 200.00 and didn't actually troubleshoot. When I called them to ask about it, the admin got snappy at me and hung the phone up on me. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I have had nothing but problems since. The destination charger stops charging randomly and also cuts down on amps. At first they put in a 40amp breaker and they had to come back. But, they would only change it to a 50amp. I also had a problem that they charged me for a visit and not being there when we never agreed on the time. If they would have told me the time, I would have told them that I would be driving home from work and would have asked that they move the appointment back. I spoke with the owner about a refund for that fee, which he agreed to refund it. I have yet to see the refund and when I call, I never get a return call. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Just terrible.
