They told me it was burnt behind the meter box but it wasn't. As it turns out it just needed two fuses from Home Depot for 12 bucks. Instead I was sent a quote for 3500-4000 for a whole new system. This is a contractor I would steer clear of. I had a master electrician review it and fix it for a couple of fuses. $170.00 service fee The contractor also didn't tell me they were going to charge me for the troubleshooting but they did. They charged me 200.00 and didn't actually troubleshoot. When I called them to ask about it, the admin got snappy at me and hung the phone up on me. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Call Darren Hess, Parker electric or black electric in town.

I have had nothing but problems since. The destination charger stops charging randomly and also cuts down on amps. At first they put in a 40amp breaker and they had to come back. But, they would only change it to a 50amp. I also had a problem that they charged me for a visit and not being there when we never agreed on the time. If they would have told me the time, I would have told them that I would be driving home from work and would have asked that they move the appointment back. I spoke with the owner about a refund for that fee, which he agreed to refund it. I have yet to see the refund and when I call, I never get a return call. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Just terrible.
