Initially, I called Clay's Clippers for a quote to place landscaping stones around my flower beds/tree rings. I asked Clay after our initial conversation to speak to my wife about design. He asked me to have her call him to set up a time to come over. My wife called him that day and he never returned the call. When I asked him why, he emailed me, stating "We spoke and, I thought, she was going to call me when she was close to your house and I would come over? Sorry for the misunderstanding." Completely false, however, I found another company to work with on the stone work. Fast forward to May 17. I sent Clay an e-mail asking, the following: "Clay: In the future, please tell your crews to be a little more careful around our kids' $3,000 wooden playset. This set is 2 months old and already damaged by your crew. I would appreciate it if your team would be respectful of items on my property.". The response was, "I will have a talk with them. I will say in their defense that any wooden structure in any grass is subject to some damage with a weed eater." Guess what.... either he never spoke to his crew or he and the crew just flat-out don't care about their customers' property (which is the more likely scenario). I was still patient and allowed him to keep mowing my lawn, thinking he would remediate the issue. Wrong again. Today, I have cancelled my service with this company and their sarcastic, condescending, unprofessional owner, Clay. I sent Clay an e-mail asking him to call me and I included the picture of my damaged playset, based on his carelessness. He didn't call me, rather, he responded with the following: "What would you like to discuss about the picture? The weed eater line is hitting the wood." The picture clearly showed that the weed eater line was hitting the playset 4-6 inches off of the lawn. Our grass has never been high enough to have their weed eater lines that high off the ground. Additionally, it is obvious that the negligence has been happening for weeks, given the significant damage. Do yourself a favor... AVOID this company.

They worked in coordination with our painting and drywall company, coming multiple times to make their job easier and to minimize the time we had to live with paint and mess from the popcorn removal. The smart use of technology meant that there where no new wires or holes in our walls. Not only did we get some great new technology, but also saved money over a more traditional installation. Premier Lighting Solutions performed multiple smaller jobs to add all the existing lights in our living areas to our Lutron network, and now we have numerous options to control different zones and create moods throughout our house.
