As for my experience, I have used Dusty Underwood Plumbing on a number of occasions. I had a leak fixed then I had an outside faucet installed, a tub installed, a toilet installed, and some pipes replaced under the house. Each experience was utterly and completely positive. The guys at Dusty Underwood Plumbing explained charges to me and never tried to sell me things I didn't need. Instead, they sent a driver with only a pumping truck, who didn't know about the other issues and could only pump the septic. For the sprinkler issue, I received a generic and overpriced quote (~$500) to install two new heads when I simply needed one reinstalled. Worse, I was told I'd have to accept that quote just to get a technician to diagnose the real problem. When I called to clarify, I was informed I'd need to pay $150 for a visit to assess the issue -- which is exactly what I thought I had already scheduled.
