Instead, they sent a driver with only a pumping truck, who didn't know about the other issues and could only pump the septic. For the sprinkler issue, I received a generic and overpriced quote (~$500) to install two new heads when I simply needed one reinstalled. Worse, I was told I'd have to accept that quote just to get a technician to diagnose the real problem. When I called to clarify, I was informed I'd need to pay $150 for a visit to assess the issue -- which is exactly what I thought I had already scheduled. To top it off, their truck damaged my driveway. I've attached a picture and will be sharing this experience on other platforms to help others avoid the same. Disappointing service overall.

They admitted that a regulator is a must, and not an option. Gas from a propane tank is under high pressure and not having a regulator can, with an ignition source, cause a fire or explosion. The Samsung range we purchased with it's safety valve and regulator shut things down so we thought there was a problem with the range, I appreciate Stephany Underwood who, at first, defended her company but then stepped up to accept responsibility and do the right thing. They did reimburse me the costs of having another company install a regulator. Integrity is the integration of what one believes, with what one says, with how one acts. In this instance, Underwood has acted with integrity whish is in there motto.

We got scammed into paying and signing off on service done before they even started the job. We had…read morea leak under the house that turned out to be a 10 minute fix. They gave my son a quote for $800.00 which is reasonable for a complicated fix. To quote a price before they even see what the work entails they show up and have you sign off on the work. I've never had a company do that. I had them out last year to do a quick job on my water heater. They have a $50.00 call out fee and charged for time and materials. My total charge was around $250.00 which is reasonable. This was not an emergency call which is usually a bit more. When I called the company the manager wouldn't even talk to me, they had their receptionist relay the message. This girl was so rude and their only resolution they offered was to come back and undo the work they did. They should be ashamed of themselves. Buyer Beware with this bunch! Don't take their quote until the work is done. How does anyone know what the job entails unless they have seen the problem. Total Scam.
