W finally had to tell him to leave because we could tell he was getting nowhere. Even though they did nothing Diamond C sent a bill for almost $300. We later contacted a plumber recommended by a neighbor. They found the leak in 5 minutes and completed the repair in less than 2 hours, and charged $250. I would not recommend Diamond C for anything other than fixing a faucet.

We have experienced sewer issues at our residence for the past several months. We finally made the…read moredecision about four weeks ago to call a plumber and get to the root cause. I called Anytime Plumbing, and the owner, Charles Shouse, answered the phone. In less than an hour he was at our home, and in fifteen minutes he had diagnosed the problems. We had two issues: 1) a cracked sewer line on our property and 2) an issue at the Y connection where our line joined with the main. Charles and team fixed the issue on our property and collaborated with the City of Reno for them to resolve the other issue. We are extremely appreciative of both Anytime Plumbing and the City of Reno Public Works department. If anyone has an underground water leak, sewer issue, etc., we strongly encourage you to call Anytime Plumbing for a prompt, quality, and professional resolution. Thomas & Kim Lemons

Absolutely outstanding service from Legacy Plumbing!…read more I had what I thought was going to be a simple toilet repair, but it turned out the toilet itself needed to be replaced due to some poor craftsmanship from previous companies. The last homeowner had a cheap toilet installed, which created more problems than expected. Jake was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for rather than just pushing me toward the most expensive solution. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the unexpected issue we ran into. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing, and especially Jake, to anyone who needs a plumber. Five stars all around!

Immediate panic set in after a sleepless night of our tire blowing out on our boat trailer, hitting a deer, on the way and now this. So I called Adam the next morning and he got here within minutes. Although we weren't sure about the situation and very hopeless he was very genuine and wanted to help in any way he could. After checking the lines with cameras, a hot few hours in the sun, excavating the septic tank, removing the lid, fishing for keys which seemed like a needle in a haystack, and an attempt to pump it, we had given up. Although this type of fishing is not what we were expecting on our four hour trip away from home, we were finally able to pull the keys out thanks to Adam. A few tears were shed and he genuinely was willing to take less payment then what he deserved. And to think he did this all on the morning of his sons birthday.
