They came out 2 times and put in some Freon cost me 400+ both times. After that I called still…read moredidn't work. They said we need a whole new unit. They said they were going to send someone out to do a new estimate for new unit. I told them not the next day I would be gone and they never called back. I called another ac place and they fixed it. Took my $75 call out fee insisting on a check. We haven't heard from them since in 2 weeks, and are left with an A/C we can't run during Texas summer in the meantime. Tried calling them direct, no message returns (they did not answer). Finally reached a person at the office, who could find no records, and "seemed to remember they were waiting on parts" but was not able to pull up any information on the callout. She advised me to call the Home Warranty company to check. This appears to be a scam. I do not recommend using this company, and am asking the Home Warranty company to blacklist them and provide a replacement.
