The price they charged was more than fair; they cleaned all 4 tanks. I would recommend 100%. Wonderful Christian men.

We had only one repair to be made and Turpin got it finished and all is working well. It was a repair that was a big deal but very reasonably priced and the employees were very friendly. Thank y'all so much and super glad we switched our contract over to y'all!

Very rarely do I leave negative reviews but this one is the exception. This is the rudest company…read moreI have ever dealt with. We purchased a new property. The septic needed pumped out from all the rain. We have to empty before it can be fixed. Last week my husband called A-1 and scheduled the earliest appointment (today) 4/20/2020. At the time he booked the appointment he told the person scheduling that he wouldn't be there but for them to go ahead and pump it. Nothing was said. So today, they came and my husband was not there. He got a phone call from the office that he was suppose to be there and they wanted payment right now. He told them he didnt have a credit card to pay it. I did and I am at work. So he called me and I called A-1 with a credit card to pay for it. (Most places would just bill you around here and there was no mention it had to be paid right then or I would have gotten them paid before). Anyway, the girl that answered the phone acted likely she didn't know what I was talking about. Then she said Oh well your husband wasn't there so it's going back in!" and laughed!!! I said well I have the credit card. She said well I only had his phone number and I called him. I told her well im calling to give it to you. She said well too late we are dumping it back in. He said he didn't have a card I called him, over and over and over. I told her I didn't care what you did I am calling now to pay it. She said I am putting you on speaker. Then continued to laugh and say we are dumping it back in that's it get someone else. I told her we didn't know or I would have paid her before hand. She just laughed and laughed and said it's going back in. I told them they were the rudest company I have ever dealt with and hung up.
