None impressed me on the phone until I talked to "Meka" at Mayo in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She took away my anxieties. She scheduled an appointment. The team arrived when they said they would. They were courteous, efficiently professional, and fixed the dryer in less than 45 minutes. And the repair bill was much, much less than I expected.
