We contacted multiple companies to get estimates to replace our old septic with a new aerobic…read moresystem. Out of about 5 companies we contacted, only two responded; Total Septic was one of them. DaWayne, the owner, came out to our property and the Engineers report and go went over what would need to be done. He made us aware of the permitting process and told us it would take at least 30 days before the permit would be approved. Within a couple days of receiving the permit we were put on their list to begin work. His crew was professional and we are very happy with the work that was done. We hope to enjoy the same kind of responsiveness and professionalism in years to come. Not a very exciting upgrade to your home, but definitely necessary, and we recommend Total Septic to help you through the process.

The next day I called and caught Michael. I explained the issues and he said he would evaluate and send pics of what he finds. He said he planned to be there the next day but never responded. The next day I texted again and he texted back saying he'd let me know in a bit. I never heard back.
