DaWayne, the owner, came out to our property and the Engineers report and go went over what would need to be done. He made us aware of the permitting process and told us it would take at least 30 days before the permit would be approved. Within a couple days of receiving the permit we were put on their list to begin work. His crew was professional and we are very happy with the work that was done. We hope to enjoy the same kind of responsiveness and professionalism in years to come. The technician the mission that came to the house never got out of this truck and did not leave a service in voice for us in the mailbox are by the front door as per the service contract. Calls to their office to resolve the issue went unanswered for answered for 2 weeks.
