I had Wetzel Air do a full home air and duct work job for me. I have had issues since day #1. 1/2…read moreyears later I am now still dealing with it and having to have someone fix the errors made. Biggest problems: Duct work not attached tight enough and comes loose, don't listen to you when you say there is an issue that you have had to have someone else come in and consult on an air flow issue, return air ducts attached improperly and causing air to not blow strong enough. This is to name just a few. The owner must be a great HVAC guy because he had good reviews in the past. But of late, I find that since he is "hands off" someone else is messing up his good name by not doing the work properly. I hope that the owner will take the time to view work done so that his business can continue without problems. Avoid them as much as possible.

They get your business with great service and install with high talk of their products and backing…read morethem. . UNTIL you need them. Now customer service from the office staff is hasty and un empathetic. I contacted them 7 months after installation of a brand new unit, inside and out. Was reassured over the phone it was normal use and running appropriately. Now at the 14 month mark, they charge you to come look at it. They didn't do that during the "warranty" phase, but insists now the 1 year labor warranty is expired. All they want is your money. BEWARE! They came out to service it, the technician are great! Even admitted it was his welding that leaked. He spoke with the office to tell them, and they still insist on the full invoice price! Almost $300 for a bad weld.BEWARE!
