He said you gotta take it up with my boss, locked the truck in front of our bay door and walked off. So I went next door to the business they were at and asked to speak to whomever was in charge,. The owner, "Nick" was more rude than the employee! I did not 'cuss' anyone out. There were open parking spaces and there was no reason for them to park in front of an open bay door. We have material on its way and it was raining so we needed to pull into our own building. This is an independent contractor - RUN, don't walk -somewhere else. I wouldn't give this guy or his 'employee' a wooden nickel.

Didn't any return calls or replies but got luck to get hold of Circulating Solutions. They told what to expect up front for weekend service call pricing and explained what to expect. They extremely busy but fit me in their schedule same day. The owner work arrive a test the system and diagnose the problem. Figured out that i had 2.5 days left on my factory warranty and made sure to get necessary part cover under warranty. Made a special trip Sunday night to bring and setup loan window unit until he could get the the parts for the repair. He didn't just replace the broke parts but fixed some off the orginal sloppy install items for no additional charge.
