The owner, "Nick" was more rude than the employee! I did not 'cuss' anyone out. There were open parking spaces and there was no reason for them to park in front of an open bay door. We have material on its way and it was raining so we needed to pull into our own building. This is an independent contractor - RUN, don't walk -somewhere else. Last night (July 3rd), one of my A/C units suddenly stopped cooling. We do have a second unit for the other part of the house, so it wasn't truly an emergency. Still, I sent James an email around 5pm to let him know, not expecting to get help until after the holiday. He replied within an hour or so, offering to come out that night. He fixed the issue easily (whoops, it was my own fault for falling behind on maintenance) and billed me for an incredibly reasonable service charge. Any other company would've asked for absurd emergency/holiday fees.

They were educational in helping us choose which unit our home needed. My biggest takeaway was the professionalism from their service tech. He followed "all the rules", that is normally expected - wearing shoe covers in the house, knocking before entering etc. but he went above and beyond when going outside to make sure the gates stayed closed at all times. I can't tell you how many people are lazy and leave the gates open due to convenience, but without asking, he knew to keep them closed. It was so appreciated and truly bumped up their ratings, in my opinion, on what it means to pay attention to detail and remain professional.
